Place doesn’t look like much but the food is excellent! Speedy service, excellent value and best tasting Turkish food around!

Oh how the once mighty Korkmaz has fallen.

I’ve been going to the place for years but had a long absence due to moving out of the area.

However, I found myself in Attadale tonight and thought I’d make a visit. How I wish I’d just left the memories be.

Why? Seeing some beautiful crispy brown chicken on the vertical spit, I went with a chicken kebab with the lot/ garlic sauce, ($16) and that was my second mistake.

Carefully watching the young girl making it, I noticed she didn’t once go and shave me fresh chicken off the vertical spit.

Nope. Instead she pulls out a bucket and chucks pre cooked/ cut cold chicken on the grill and heats it up.

Yep a bucket. Disgusting. My fear of salmonella rose.

Anyway, I knew immediately this kebab would be shoddy and one bite proved it. While the salad and bread seemed fresh, the chicken within was sloppy and flavourless. The garlic sauce had zero kick and for the first time in a long time, I threw over half a kebab in the bin.

Such a disappointing effort from a shop that I used to highly rate and was an absolute favourite.

Keep your bucket chicken Korkmaz because I won’t be back for it, and I encourage everyone else to go elsewhere if this is the standard they’re now serving up.

Gross. Serving chicken out a bucket is gross.

Food is yummy but place is very dirty and disgusting. Won't go again. Used to love the place but can't get past the filth.

This place is next level. The gozleme is the best I have had. People and food are amazing, highly recommend

Google shows pictures of shish kebab on a stick. Drove here for that and they don't have it because they have no charcoal. They don't do the stick shish kebabs. Instead went with a kebab roll with old bread

The Gozleme was quite bland and very dry. It's not terrible to clarify, it's just not amazing.
People say it's great, but honestly maybe they just like bland food?

Not for everyone I suppose

Abra Kebabra has a little more flavour. (though I think I'm just not a gozleme fan) Though I love the kebabs from there

The gozleme is the best thing you will ever eat in your life. This place holds a special place in my heart. I have always got their gozleme on special occasions. A lovely kind family who runs this restaurant as well.

Tried chicken kebab. Kebab was good and tasty. Great customer service with Big smile on face. Well done to the person who served me. Definitely will be back if I am around the place.

After reading such great reviews, husband and I decided to share a chicken and lamb kebab tonight. Both were extremely salty to the point of battling to finish them. Lamb worse than chicken. Bread was also oil and to hard- very disappointed- Hope just a bad day but won’t be back.

Our first time here. We had a lovely, tasty lamb shish kebab. The lamb had been marinated and was flavoursome.

Consistently good. I have been a customer for over 6 years now, they never disappointed in quality and customer service. A business rare to find and great to support.

We were starving today and in the mood for a kebab. Got so much more than we bargained for! This food was beyond delicious. I was literally doing a happy dance with every bite! I got the felafel kebab and my partner got the chicken and we shared a box of chips. I’ve never finished a kebab before in my life because it’s just a lot of food, but I honestly couldn’t stop! I ate every bite! The bread was the best part! Exactly like you want your kebabs to be! Crispy and warm on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. And the chips! Don’t skip the chips! Cooked to perfection! The man behind the counter smiled with his eyes and was genuinely a beautiful person. I wish we lived closer, this would be my new go-to! Even though it’s far for us, we will definitely be making the trip back! Thank you so much for the delicious food today!

Pretty average HSP, chips weren't cooked that well, and a small one was $17 when at other places its about 13

Bought a mix-meat box, surprise to see that it was Full of chips, disappointing.
I should have bought chips only.

Got a lovely gozleme and doner kebab. They even stayed open later than their normal closing time of 9 p.m. To help us out.

Hands down the best meat box in Perth. If you don’t like this place then there’s something wrong with you.

If you want a great kebab please do try this place as it's fantastic and food is great. Keep up the good food guys absolutely fantastic.
