Classes are incredible. Tailored to your level and always challenging. Rhian is very knowledgeable and her vaste experience has given her a great tool box of teaching tools to help even the most rigid people have vaste improvements in yoga and their general life. Would recommend giving it a chance at least once as the development of flexibility and core strength is easily transferable to all sports and physical activities!
