Koh-I-Noor

Very good and the service is also very good. I came on Sunday.
My personal favorite is the chicken and beef curry.

Known the owner for years (Harry), for 23 years went to his other Curry house The Masala but did frequently go to the Koh I noor, never could fault service and food, awaiting my Takeaway now

This place is definitely a hidden gem we just happened to stumble across. You get far more than you can ask for, for a buffet dinner. They have a great variety of delicious curries and dishes with many sides and sauces, desserts, ice-cream, coffee tea. The service is attentive and very friendly. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you.

Good Indian restaurant around the corner very handy.

Went for lunch on Sunday, 26.00 buffet, was good, and the beef curry was very tender, staff very friendly

Had the buffet dinner and could not recommend it enough. It was great value for money, great food (especially as a vegetarian, there were plenty of options!). The staff service was excellent and efficient. 100% recommend this place

I love indian food so much, but the food in this restaurant is one of the best i ever tried, coffee machine is incredible and ice cream, im a chocolate lover and the hot chocolate from the coffee machine is awesome! The service is amazing, kind waiters! This restaurant should be popular!

We walked in for dinner last night and weren’t very hungry so we ordered 2 curries and six naans and some papadum. After taking order the person (male) said you have to order more as it’s not $22 per person yet, we didn’t get that and just looked at him that what does that mean, he said you have to spend per person whether you are hungry or not, it’s our restaurant’s rule and is written in our menu. IT WAS SO STRANGE GUYS. We go out for dinner almost every weekend and never heard about that kind of rule
We were six adults and a kid, we told him that we are not really hungry as we came from a trip and feel that the food we’ve ordered is enough for us, if we’ll need more we’ll order later, he said Sorry you’ve to order more
I said then we should leave from here and go somewhere else to eat, he didn’t even felt sorry at all but said yeah you can leave
And we left extremely disappointed, if there was an option for no star I would have given them zero stars

We have visited this delightful restaurant on numerous occasions over the past 15 years. Always a wonderful experience. Food is outstanding as is the service. During the Covid restrictions, we availed ourselves of the takeaway service. Very quick delivery and the food was of the highest standard. Recommend very highly.

We have always enjoyed dining here for many many years and love the delivery service. Meals are always of a high quality. The owner always adds a personal touch either in restaurant or when doing the deliveries himself. Highly recommend.

We ordered dinner through a delivery company. However KOH-I-NOOR are not associated with that company anymore. The restaurant wanted to ensure we received our food so delivered it themselves. 10/10 customer service and the food was great as always!

Friendly family restaurant with fabulous food. Staff were attentive and you could tell they really just want to share their love of Indian food with others.

Friendly service from the male host (maybe the owner?). The food was delicious and they work so fast, top up the buffet food every time it's low, fill up guest's cold water on the table or pick up dirty dishes. The best Indian restaurant in Perth!

This is the only Indian restaurant with little customer service. I won't go too far back there has always been mistakes writing down orders and what's delivered to us. One of previous orders he forgot to write down popodoms but sent the mint chutney. Wen I called to ask, he said that I never said that when I ordered that I wanted popodums. The manager is always right and customer never is.
The latest example of manager is always right was day before. I ordered 4 naans with my dishes. I have been receiving burnt naans with my order and specifically told him I don't want them burnt please. But of course the burnt naan smell was immediately evident upon delivery and on opening the bag I could see they were burnt. I called the manager up to complain, he was rude. After a lot of arguing and him denying that they were burnt. Eventually I got a mobile number which I could send photos of the burnt naans to and he said they wern't burnt but were normal. I have attached the photo. He refused any sort customer service saying that I was wrong the naans were not burnt. I am sitting here eating burnt naans and bland chicken curry and bland daal. I requested that he collects these burnt naans and gives me replacement that weren't burnt. He Told me that I would have to pick them up myself although the order was placed as a delivery as I had no means of transport.n Koh-hi-noor the manager is always right because maybe that's the way the owners want it. I am never going back to such a restaurant. There service and quality of food doesnt even warrant 1 star in my opinion.

We have visited this restaurant on several occasions over a number of years. Of course there’s a reason why we keep returning. The service from all staff is excellent, and the venue offers great ambience, whether you’re looking for an intimate dinner for two, or a celebratory party. An al-a-carte menu is available, but our personal preference is for the buffet, where we can try a number of dishes. The selection on offer is enough to suit any palate, including choices of lamb, beef, chicken, fish and at certain times, goat. We have managed to try just about every dish and all were delicious time after time. The accompaniments, including samosas, pakoras and bhajis are just some of the tasty starters on offer. Our personal favourite is the various types of naan bread! It’s always cooked to perfection in the traditional way! The gulab jamun is a sweet treat and a perfect way to end a meal! Make plans to visit this fabulous Indian Restaurant. You won’t regret it!

Came here tonight for Valentine's day dinner with my family.
Came for the buffet, firstly price was hiked by 4dollars just because people are coming for a special occasion, how rude is that. It's not a public holiday that you are charging a surcharge, secondly you didn't prepare anything special for the day that you can justify the price hike

Well $4 extra is not big thing.

Look whT you are serving in the buffet at 7.30pm the bainemarieis almost dry and empty, you don't make any effort of adding anything to it.
In the starters we found 3 pieces of onion bhaji 2 occasion of chicken and one samosa. The manager can see that new table has just arrived and still didn't care at all.

Sorry mate, I heard from people that Kohinoor does very good buffet they are award winner such and such-and-such, but no Sorry the quality and quantity compare to what you charge is not even 20%

Complete waste of my quality evening and money

I have been dining at Koh I Noor for the past 3 years. Their Indian cuisine is unbeatable. The food is delicious and enriched with flavour. When I have attempted to dine at other Indian restaurants I have left feeling disappointed and wishing I attended my “usual”. The customer service is unbeatable. I am always greeted with a friendly smile. The pricing is a bargain for the quality and taste. I am always looking forward to my next meal at Koh I Noor! I can not recommend enough!
