Knightcorp Insurance Brokers Perth

Initially in 2019,2020 and 2021 I found the consultants to be on the ball and very efficient. My latest experience was a dismal email from them which displayed a total lack of knowledge about my policies and instantly raised a warning flag resulting in my interpretation that I was no longer a customer but a number. I've taken my two policies elsewhere.

Contacted this company for a quote. Answered all the questions they asked. The broker I spoke with said she would have a quote for me either that afternoon or latest would be the next morning. 5 days went by and hadn't heard from them so I sourced another broker who provided quotes the next day and insurance was set up within a week. 10 days later Knightcorp emailed asking for more information so they could provide a quote. Will not recommend this company to anyone
