We bought a property from one of the director's at this company and he has resorted to using his previous tenants to threaten us and our property as we got them with settlement last December. Since then he has used one of his gasfitters to enter our property 20 days after settlement and do unlawful gas work then wouldn't provide a certificate of compliance or tell us who did the work.
