Kmart Whitford City

2/3 times items on kmart whitfords store shows up as "in stock"on website, get there & staff say items are still on the pellets. Come back 2 weeks later & they're still not on shelves but apparently still on pellets. If this is not Australia's worst kmart store, I'd be surprised.

Siena was exceptionally efficient & friendly. Amazing customer skills on a busy day on checkouts. Should have more staff like her. Thank you Siena job very well done.

Absolutely awful with answering the phones was left calling for about 30 minutes with no one picking up, got told items were in store and we could buy them on a Monday we came in and got told that 20 of the said items were ‘missing’ when they told us 2 days prior that they are on the delivery crate and will be available for purchase 2 days later. Apparently the 20 items had been put on hold by staff members at Kmart preventing customers to buy them. I didn’t need all 20 of the items but the fact that I was messed around for 3 days is not okay. The communication needs to be fixed.

Layout is flipped compared to just about every other Kmart. Very disorientating and made me nauseous.

So far the staff have always been helpful, but today was outstanding, I was looking for cloths n avah helped me but also extended herself by showing alot of compassion as we had lost our fur baby to a seizure, chearing me up, Careing, the young people like avah, make us feel warm welcome n out to make your shopping experience so nice, I hope more of them do this n shown reward incentives ie movie tickets or choclates or a voucher for family tea, i hope kmart does, motivating them to only strive to do their highest best not just work n pay, giving a pleasant shopping experience all the time.thankyou avah. I recommend her for her outstanding mannarism, care. Oh but i do seem to be gpong to big w larger womans range isnt thst great

2: 30 pm today - Self check out staff too busy dreaming to assist - so walked away without a purchase.

Not a huge fan of Kmart stores anymore.
They have some good stuff at decent prices but there's some things they used to sell but don't anymore (CDs, DVDs, stuff like that). Also don't care for the layout of the store. In particular, the checkouts in the middle of the store. What's all that about?

I love love LOVEEEEEE this branch.
I get a lot of fun there. I go there to buy a tiny item and leave with a bag full of goodies!

Kmart in Whitfords is lovely and it's much better then the Target thats use to be there. Kmart is always great for cheap, good quality storage solutions and other necessities.

Was expecting more, falls short compared to other Kmarts. I actually like the BIGW at Whitfords better.

Don't have to fight for parking. The shop I going to are close together. My favorite shopping centre.

Staff misguided about a item when i went to collect it was different i travelled 64kms, wasted my time and money

Not my favorite Kmart. It feels really cramped and hard to see the different sections because the shelves go all the way to the ceiling. The range of baby clothes isn't great either and generally is pretty messy.

The name Kmart is synonymous with cheap products. Whilst there can be little argument on the prices, nevertheless the quality of many of the products are suspect. Perhaps Kmart should emphasize more on quality.
