53Christie (that was the name on the reciept, blonde lady working the desk alone around 6: 30-7pm) at the customer service desk on Tuesday night is a superstar. Working her butt off to get everything done. Figured out my issue with some photos and got them printed as quick as she could all while dealing with everything else. Very impressive woman - deserves a raise and some appreciate for her hard work. I hope the appropriate people see this and at least give her a pat on the back! Thank you Christie (if that was your name), greatly appreciated:)
Great Shopping Experience at Kmart!
I recently visited Kmart and had a fantastic shopping experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff was friendly, helpful, and readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. I was impressed with the affordable prices and the quality of the items I purchased. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and I appreciated the convenience of their self-checkout option. Overall, Kmart exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience with great value for their money. Will definitely be returning!
Why make a big show of putting your checkout in the middle of the store if you don’t trust your customers? Scanning and checking receipts at the door is repugnant. As is the customer service generally in this store and the rest of the chain.
The 3 stars is for the nice stock but the service is 0 stars!
I don't think I'm alone when saying this but I think people have grown sick to death of the "self service" section! Where do I start.first the last thing I want to do after a long day at work is work some more and NOT get paid for it! Why are you guys getting paid, we are doing YOUR job whilst you stand there. Then the computer barks a thousand orders at you, is impatient, and then half the time you have to call someone over because the computer has stuffed up yet again. It's extremely time consuming and why don't you have a few tills open! Oh that's right because your stingy and trying to make money! Absolute greed! Poor old people have had a gutful to. Bring back the good old days where the registers were positioned at the front of the store and the refund desk then you no longer have to check people's receipts and bags! The young Asian chick tonight on the door is rude and abrupt, I got no hello whilst entering the store but on exit you get treated like a theif! She barked saying have you got anything in there? I had an item with my recipt. From now on I'm just going to walk out. Change your system!
Drove an hr to pick up items on hold, store was closed no notice 30 mins early. Despite us confirming that it would be open after work. Properly pathetic.
I brought a pair of shorts and when I told the lady at the front that I was coming back in without a receipt since i left my phone in Kmart and told that my receipt fell out of my hand when I was looking for it she said that was fine then when I was leaving she said she’s never seen me before so the lady who served me told her I paid for it but she didn’t believe her so we had to get the manager to tell her really poor service staff
Conflicting information and outdated stock counting system. Investment in training and a better software system would make wonders.
I used to go there and I like the store. The products are separated well, and we can find it easier.
What happened to all the checkout workers new technology shouldn't replace people technology doesn't talk to you people do technology is trying to take jobs away from Australian citizens
If you're looking for cheap stuff but not needing/ expecting great quality, this is the place to go. Stocks are suffering a little lately - lots of bare shelves. Suspect due to supply issues from China
Veey good store! Love the centre, staff not always that friendly though. Other than that I would give it a 5 star.
Best kmart staff are friendly more stock then mirrabooka and more enjoyable to go too always clean and there is always a friendly staff member to help if needed
The staff are endlessly patient. The merchandise is ridiculously cheap and it's a fun venue to visit. Buy a lot for a little.
Not as big as other kmarts. Still good range tho. Not as busy if you prefer less bustel. I always spend more $ there than i should!
Good store, good products, lots of things, however hate the checkout experience, need to bring back people working tills, so there is a choice of either tills or self serve.
Found the products we were looking for at this shop when we couldnt find it at any other branch. Always well stocked too
On the few occasions i've visited K mart's store at Warwick shopping centre, I have found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful, and the place is certainly well stocked with amazing prices.
My father's old watch needed a battery.we were able to buy a brand new watch (of the same kind) already with a battery for $15 all up? !
Poor customer service I was looking for something in the bike section and I spoke to a member of staff who told me they couldn't help and that they would get another member of staff to help but no one came and was left waiting so I left and went to big w where their bike section was tidy and plentiful of stock I won't be rushing back to use this store again.
Even if the product is in full public view on the shelf and is advertised for sale with a price, the sale may be refused by the twelve year old in charge because there is no box.
I don't know who decided to use the rudest member of staff in the whole store on self-serve checkouts. This woman has been rude to me on more than one occasion.
