Kmart Wanneroo

Marlene alone is enough to rate this place 5 stars, been our local Kmart for years and she’s always the sweetest to everyone. She makes my mum and I always smile when we go shopping, she deserves the highest praises for her kindness and amazing personality

Dishonest staff that, when presented with found money, would rather deny ever being given it than do the right thing. Got told they put it behind the service desk. Enquired about it a month or so later if it was collected and no one knew about it and apparently there are no procedures for that and they don’t keep found money. So someone pocketed the cash. Kmart higher up said they’d investigate but never did anything about it.

Also pretty sick of having to check myself out and then get told I have to show a receipt on my way out. If you want to be certain maybe put checkouts at the front of the store and hire people to serve you.

I was trying out this wood balancing board but then this kmart worker (a woman) comes out and tells me “can you get off you can only play with it if your buying it” all I was doing is trying it out!

Tried to purchase click and collect but wouldn’t accept my credit card. Tried to call multiple times to see if items in stock so I wouldn’t have a wasted journey and no one answers the phone!

There is never any trolleys after 5pm. And no wipes or hand sanitiser.

Kmart use palm oil in their food products. Other products like skin care and candles have harmful chemicals. Please check all products before purchasing. Some are safe but some aren't.
Some clothes are 100% cotton but some are polyester which is a harmful fabric.

They were good at answering phones, every time I rang within 2 minutes but sometimes no one answers. This store does usually answer the phone. Innaloo never does.

I go to your store regularly and I have to say Marlene is a rockstar.she brings a smile to your face.always welcoming and dancing and just such a lovely person. Kmart you are so lucky to have her xx we love your energy xx

Well laid out, easy to find what you are looking for and staff are quite helpful. While in store we checked out their hi vis and work wear range for our team at Powerdrive Roofing

It was pleasant but stocks of the item I wanted is not available. Few fishing items are not in shelves.

Young cashier at checkout had just been trained. There was no greeting, or a smile ; no facial recognition at all. No thank you or have a good day.nothing. I pulled him up on his lack of manners and yet in front of the lady who had 'trained' him, the lad continued in the same vein with the next customer. Upon commenting to the woman overseeing the point of sale area, I was astounded to hear her say that the lad was better than when he started! And worse still, she appeared to be quite accepting of the lack of service.
I wasn't impressed. Bad, bad form Kmart.

Toys all seem to be more expensive. Not much to buy for kids in school holidays under $30

Who doesn't love a trip to Kmart.
Move your checkouts back to the front of your stores and I'll change it to 5.

Not a fan of the new Kmart checkout set-up but haven't ever had a bad experience at Kmart Wanneroo. Excellent variety of products and never overly busy so can pop in and out quite quickly.

Not usually in a hurry to write reviews but having recently moved to Wanneroo, had to duck in and out of Wanneroo Central for bits and pieces. This morning was no exception. Judging from my encounter with Davona from Kmart, and her manager, whom i did not meet, I can tell this is a great team. From the moment i asked for assistance to leaving the store, it is clear this team has great respect for this manager in charge this morning 15/5/21 (i am sorry i did not get his name). Good work team!

Overall its alright, however the real let down is the customer service. As I was walking with my child an employee threw a basketball in his face. I noticed the employee's badge, it was Benjamin. Please fire him immediately he's a terrible employee.

Kmart Wanneroo. Plenty of stock in all categories. Assistant at check out was polite and helpful. Prices are not over the top, and ite items looked of good quality.

What makes me keep comeing back is the staff there, especially the older staff.they are like the best ever.
All the staff is great, its just that the elders staff just got that special people skill, treat everyone like community should be treated.i just keep goen back.always welcomed back its great.

Not a bad shop. But the lady on the lay by desk is moody. She could smile. She was acting like everything was too much work. Surely it’s your job to get stuff that Kmart have on hold for u.

Better stock than a awhile ago. Still hard to get used to check out in the middle of the store
