Had a emergency tyre replacement and it was taken care of at short noticr promptly and very friendly, great price

Helpful and friendly staff. I popped in with a sensor issue, no booking and they fixed it straight away. Highly recommended this place for your car needs.

Had a flat tyre and usually mycar are good to me. Today, I walked in and asked if they could fit me in for a puncture repair and got told ‘No’… because they had other cars, no staff and were closing soon. The bloke was very rude and blunt and said he can get me in in 3 days, I said that won’t really work because I need my car. Not helpful at all and really disappointing service. If you’re understaffed that’s not an excuse to be rude to customers needing help.

Rip off of a place to bring your car for a service. No wonder no one trust a mechanic nowadays. Dishonest mechanic and very poor customer service.

I went in as my steering wasn't performing well and there was a burning smell, left my car with them and few hours later got an invoice stating I needed 2 cv joints fixing (replacing) steering fluid changed total $1720 approx
So I got a 2nd opinion and it appears rhe steering belt had come away, the mechanic showed me and he couldn't understand if this car had been over the pits how a trained mechanic hadn't seen this and come to a totally different concludion?
So we will not be returning to Mycar if you can not diagnose correctly, costing me $$$

I had identified a puncture in my tyre which went flat overnight and replaced with spare in the morning
Last minute request on a Saturday to MyCar Auto to if they could help.
Their service was exceptional
They squeezed me in at short notice repaired my punctured tyre and placed my spare tyre back beneath my car for a very reasonable price.
So happy with the way they helped me out.two thumbs up

Went in for an alignment and Benson helped out a lot. He explained that they couldn’t do a full alignment as the car had other problems, so he didn’t charge me and booked me in for further repairs. Excellent service, recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. First day they didn't even know the car was there and only found out due to me asking how it was going, second day I called early and was told it was being looked over, so I called back in the afternoon to ask about what the problem was, answer.no Idea we are to busy with other cars, third day I call early again and was told the job was easy to fix and would be done in a few hours. Zero communication and had no car for 3 days. Would NEVER recommend.

Sent car in to get a/c fixed. Came back with airbag warning lights and no power steering on startup.

Took car in for service because of blown head gasket the quality of workmanship done on my vehicle was appalling. My dad is a ex mechanic so he knows the in’s and outs and what’s right and wrong.

Paying over 4k for replacement and having no car for 2 weeks put me into a great deal of unnecessary stress! No proper communication regarding my car it was Me doing the ringing round.

My car is not in satisfactory condition now as they have broken a part and left missing genuine parts of my car.not to mention that my car has no heating now but they can make excuses saying this is why very dodgey business I will not return or recommend go at your own risk! Definitely take women for a ride as we don’t know any better! And there solution to fix what they broke I have to pay more money!

Absolutely disgusting service

Used to go to innaloo my car to see ethan do his thing fixing my rubbish car but since he moved here i decided to follow - his work is incomparable and will forever be my favourite mechanic with that pretty smile & fit body of his.mmhmm recommend 110%:)
