Highly recommend, the team were really nice, helpful with good customer service. I liked how you can book and pay in advance online. Recommended for the girlies who are hesitant to get their cars serviced in case of being overcharged or dealing with misogyny, green flags all round!

I booked an appointment to check reverse lights, two friendly staff come to help. They checked and found nothing problems with my car. They said many car just have one side reverse light including my car. Haha. I didn't know. They didn't charge to us. Thank you so much.

Just don't do it. We had both our cars in and we have had nothing but trouble with our cars. Seriously incompetent. See photos the red car is mine sat in the rain with window down. Mmm seriously avoid.

Worst waste of time ever, had booked, paid for tyres, dropped car off, 30 minutes later get a phone call from Josh saying they don't have the tyres I had already paid for over a week ago, didn't even have the courtesy to ring first
to let me know so I didn't waste a morning for nothing, have to go back next week now, DONT EVER EVER USE THIS PLACE,

Excellent trouble free service. A new set of tyres and wheel alignment done and 100% happy with the prices, range, and service. No hesitation in recommending.

We just had our car serviced by Jahanzaib at belmont mycar and he did an excellent job, even fixed the old problem caused by the last service (different service centre).

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to your staff member (front at reception - apologies I missed your name) for helping me today. My car’s battery died after a quick stop for food nearby en route to the airport and so I found myself very stuck. Luckily I found mycar nearby and your friendly staff member graciously offered to walk back with me to jump start my car. I was so grateful for the help and kindness shown to me in my little moment of panic. Thank you thank you thank you

Took a car in for a service recently was told the brakes only had 2mm on them needed replacing and spark plugs needed replacing coil pack needed replacing this come to a total of $2800. Told them just to service the car I took it to a quality mechanic to check these issues and I was told the brakes are fine don't need to be changed they have 4mm from the wear indicator on then and there is nothing wrong with coil packs. Seems to me they tried to scam me with parts and work not required may report to consumer protection. I will never take my car here again.

I just went into Belmont MyCar to ask about getting a lesson on how to retrieve & replace my undercar spare Tyre. The manager said that it was no problem & they would show me, the apprentice & manager were not only incredibly helpful & friendly but explained to me the best and safest way to remove and replace my spare tyre. The polite & thoughtful way that they helped to show me & make sure I knew & felt confident to do it myself if needed was awesome. I’d highly recommend these guys, especially to anyone that may be anxious about going into a car shop or feeling like they have a silly question. 10/10!

Totally impressed with Joey at My Car Belmont. I have never met a Hyundai specialist before. It truly made me feel safe knowing he was looking after my car. He saved me so much and was very kind and respectful. I have been a customer here for many years and have always had the best service and expertise with Sissy Girl my car. As good as you would expect. Staff friendly parking limited though as it’s situated in a servo forecourt.

Great experience with the team members especially manager Goutam. Had my tire flat just few minutes before closing, i had to reach at airport, and i was stressing out, thanks goutam, for helping me out quickly.
