Kmart Morley reviews
51The blonde woman working at the photo kiosk is rude and very unhelpful. Needed assistance with my order but treated me as if I was an inconvenience.
Great variety, would have received 5 stars if there was more staffed registers, and the registers would be better near the front of the store not in the middle
Spent more than 20 minutes at the store and yet couldn’t exchange my item… poorly organised store and it takes time to find someone to assist you. Left without even exchanging the item.
What a mess.the baby clothes section has stuff everywhere and nothing is organised at all. Messiest I have ever seen this stor and not even December yet
It's completely self serve the customers run the store staff just stand around doing nothing you want help staff completely ignore you it's gone downhill very unprofessional
WORST SHOP EVER ONLY SHOP THERE IF YOU'RE DESPERATE
Very popular shop, close to the carpark and stocks keep moving fast making way for fresh stock. Helpful managers. Will keep returning.
Very slow click and collect. Both order preparation and collection are very slow from this Kmart. Other Kmarts in Perth are much faster
Was Happily served by young fella Eli, apologised to me for the wait time with a nice smile and attitude. Good on ya Eli.
The staff at morley are always really nice always friendly especially the younger ones they have alot to deal with, people just drop clothes and shoes all over the place, and those retail workers have to pick it all up and re stack and it's not like they get paid a great wage it's minimum wage, they always smile and are really helpful, kmart should pay them more they deserve it.
Very disappointed with the service here. I ordered a photomug and card online for next day pick up. Only to find out that even though we are in WA they operate on AEST, so my items would infact not be ready next day, but the day after (It really should explain this on the website as its not fair on staff or cuatomers). I spoke to a lady on the phone in the morning who said she would get ot ready in the day for me but didn't know what time. I asked if 2ish was ok and offered my number. Was told 2 would be fine but declined my number. I came down at 2: 30 and items weren't ready, so I said I'd be happy to wait as I had a few things to grab anyway, they gave me my "card, which wasn't a card at all, but a print on a piece of photo paper. I pointed this out, thinking there had been a mistake (looking at the website again, it is listed as a card, but the description does say 1 sided flat photo card) and kyra shrugged her shoulders and didn't say anything. Her whole demeanour was"I really don't care" as opposed to helpful or explaining things. I had been very nice and not overly put out until this point, as things happen. I told kyra that there was no need to be rude and shrug at me and her response was "that's how we make them" The young staff member serving me initially, Ellise, was lovely and tried to help her best. So after coming down at an agreed upon time, I'm still waiting, at 3pm, with no sign of my items being ready.
Kyea's attitude was pretty disgraceful and if this is her usual attitude with customers, she should be put out the back, where we don't have to deal with her, and the only reason this is getting 2 stars, is because Ellise had wonderful customer service.
It's ok but I find peeps aren't that friendly in this area and the staff weren't as receptive as usual too my performancethree stars
Did a click and collect order online for here, got an email the day after saying the item couldn't be found? Pretty annoying system if you are time restricted.
She's got all you need mate. Pencils, Ornaments, Snapbacks and screaming kids. Just don't expect anything there to be 'ethically sourced'.
But hey, that's not the staff's fault. Be nice to the retail warriors out there.
Ethics? Kmart Morley have none. Forcing good long-term staff members into roles they feel unsafe in, causing them to leave, and management changing every 6 months because its too stressful. Upper Management need to take a good look at this store, and wonder what is going wrong, because its clear the staff have no leadership and no direction, which in-turn reflects on the service they provide to their customers. Wake up.
Great clothes at an affordable price, but they forgot to take the security tags off and had no shopping bags.
Close to the entrance, very easy to get to from the parking makes this Kmart a big plus. Larger store with lots in stock.
Good range of stuff but the queues for those self checkouts. I use the manned check out. Either that or I'll just stop going to Kmart
Poor service at the check out counter by staff. Shirts bought were flung bag purchased was not given. Had to be asked for. Staff need better training.
Always love coming here frequent shopper love customer service always friendly everytime I've gone in anyway
Kmart is full 9f Christmas shoppers but we got what we needed and got through the checkout very quickly. Good stock.
