Kmart Midland

Went shopping with my young daughter at Kmart today and she accidentally left an item at the checkout after paying.
I called the store, certain it was a lost cause but they had already put it aside so we were able to pick it up without an issue.
The guy at the door even knew what had happened so I barely had to explain on our way out.
Thanks guys! She was really upset as it was purchased with her birthday money but you were a huge help.
FANTASTIC customer service!

Great customer service. Partner and I wanted to buy a table tennis table. We couldn't find any on shelves so I asked a employee and she stopped what she was doing. Went out of her way to check at the back of store and came back to say they had one in stock also the package is too big to put on shelves. Told us to take pic of bar code take it to counter to pay. The table can be picked up around the back. Did not get her name. Great customer service with a smile. People who are moaning about employee scanning reciepts at door get a life. With all the stealing going on these days. Great job K Mart. I support that

I returned clothing as wrong size had been selected at previous shopping visit at Kmart. Correct smaller sizing selected and exchange at customer service desk no hassle or problems. Young Man on service desk duties was well mannered, polite and friendly. Thank you Kmart for providing clean and spacious shopping area and knowledgeable staff who have product knowledge and full knowledge and understanding of their individual roles. 5 stars are

Seems they've made some improvements since our last visit to Midland Gate. I didn't get rolled in the carpark this time but I did get called a white dog for not having any ciggies.

Great place to go and get cooking containers, toys for kids and lollies for the movie. There is so much in Kmart for you to go and see.

Loved the new winter styles. Great price. We got a really nice comfy soft jackets and track pants for my terminally ill friend. We had a ball. Thanks for helping to make her day.

Kmart has changed alot in their store layout but is still a good place to shop and make your dollar go further, though their self service registers over checkout operators im not too sure about.

I'm not normally the biggest fan of Kmart these days but was forced to go due to a friend who absolutely loves the place, the team members here were really helpful if I'm being honest so maybe I was just being too harsh on the place before now

Sadly I could find what I wanted in the ladies department. But found what I wanted in the mens wear which served my need.

Well K Mart is K Mart! Went for yoga exercise balls and they had all sizes 55 cm up 75 cm and only $7.50 a pop i recomend the 65 cm for a good all rounder, pump not included, but 4 that price no complaints, Happy Customer

Ever since we had the covid19 the place has changed, the app we use to keep safe is for every store we visit and its all in the same building we use the app before we enter the building and we continue to use it for stores in the same building.

Very disappointed at the service at kmart midland today. The line at the service desk was 6 deep & the service buzzer had to be pushed 3 time. A line in these times is very Discouraging.
There was an elder lady who came out to serve & she was great, but a younger lady came out (mandy) I think her name was.she was very abrupt & rude to the elder lady & customers.
I would like to thank Janet at the entrance for always being welcoming & helpful.

Great selection of women's clothes. Just wish the Kmart stores would stock more clothes in popular sizes.

They don't sell electronic appliances such as boomboxes cd players, DVD players, DVD's, CD's, TV'S anymore.

Very organised. Clean and plenty of stock. Was sorry to see a number of items with no price tag. Also only one serviced checkout open. Not everyone likes to do self serve and if we want people, especially the younger generation to acquire jobs, we need to support the serviced checkouts! The fact there was only one checkout open means it slows down your shop considerably. Otherwise enjoyed the experience again!

Awesome cheap variety of stuff always my shop to go for everything and granddaughter is a fan of it

It's bedlam the setup they have there regarding paying is an absolute shambles and can never get any assistance in any area and the staff just look so happy

A blaze of strange lighting effects - gave me a migraine. Not the best shopping experience with thousands of uninspiring albeit cheap items. More like an upmarket discount warehouse. Almost mowed down (contact made) by an over zealous youth blindly pushing a trolley that took up the width of an entire aisle without any forward vision. Time to leave - but did find some good value bits and pieces.

Plenty of variety in store with some good products to choose from. Just couldn't find an icecream scoop.
