Luke at the service desk was absolutely great to deal with! After a bad experience with another staff member luke was delightful to deal with he solved the problem and went above and beyond to help me! Thank you Luke very much

Saw a couple of yobbo kids stealing toys. The employees didn't seem to care, the alarm went off but nobody seemed bothered about it. Poor customer service as well.

I asked three different employees for a trolley, as I knew what I wanted to buy was going to be heavy. One employee told me to walk to Coles if I wanted a trolley. I decided to try and carry my item half way Coles I dropped my handbag and also broke my item, luckily I got it on to a planter box.
Two lovely women seen the trouble I was having and gave me their trolley.
Employees need to be of some assistance with disabled customers, what if it was your Grand parent.
When I got back to the disabled park, nearby were several trollies, that should have been taken down to the store.
Not good enough Kmart Mandurah.
I won't be back!

(Not a joke review) After purchasing and wearing the Anko branded mens underwear briefs I found that they gave me an itchy bottom.
Since switching to the ones they sell at Target the itchiness has gone away.
I hope they add more supplier variety to the menswear section, I'll never buy Anko underwear again.

OMG, my favourite when it comes to shopping for nic nacs, clothes. Well laid out, has everything I need, staff are busy, but able to share a smile.

Very good store and well organized layout. When shopping with a budget in mind this store is great starting point when searching for all sorts of items including items such as household items and clothing etc.

Target was good butKmart I found are the cheapest. For the same item i found Kmart still the best to shop and the staff so helpful, other shop I found when you need help there are no one around.

Love Kmart doesn't always have what you want in Mandurah but today just wanted two pots with plastic plant to dress up my front porch. Was happy got these two for $9 each.

They may not have gold standard electrics, however if an item fails within warranty period and you have a receipt kmart will replace old for new. I like this.

I didn't know about the range of homeware products and I love the price. Even the Cardi I bought was pretty cool. Not bad I will be shopping there again.

Lots of space to move around, ample parking, plenty for babies and children and kitchen ware, containers. Adult clothes especially ladies wear is not great quality and the material is horrible as I prefer cotton and stretchy materials that are comfortable to wear. Hard to determine the right size even for underwear.

I love browsing around Kmart. I always end up coming out with more than I went there for. Or if find something unexpected I layby. Staff are always happy and friendly.

Fashion design products for 18+ are few and ordinary.
But they have wonderful kitchen bathroom indoor design products.

I went to buy Pj's for my 7 yr old son and.the range was poor. Only a few generic pairs, nothing noce or cool a little boy wants to wear.

No stock, everything I intended to buy was not available. Asked an assistant, but she she said that they don't know when it will be replenished. Disappointed, but understand.
I shall return.

Would rate a zero if possible everyone within the shop was nasty and unapproachable, one tip for the people hiring stop hiring middle aged women who are going through menopause and feel the need to be spiteful horrible people.

Like Mandurah Forum, the renovated Kmart, is unrecognisable from when I was last here a few years ago.
Most Kmarts have had a revamp in recent times and this one is no exception.
The range and stocks are similar to other outlets of similar size.
As a store in a bigger and brighter shopping centre, it is a pleasure to shop there where there are smaller crowds.
It might be different during the school holidays and public holidays, but a weekday outing here was stressfree and enjoyable.
There is plenty of parking at the Forum and it is relatively navigable for those in wheelchairs.

What can you day about Kmart except if you want top goods & quality service & save loads & loads of money then this shop is for you, get yourself to Mandurah Kmart,
