Kmart Maddington

Been trying to go ring Kmart now for over a hour rings twice then hangs up tried all stores and everyone phone is doing the same u woud think if ur 0hones arnt ringing just mayb there is something wrong

Picked up some great buys for Muppets today at great prices like beds toys and pet blankets

The lady at the front is lovely.
The way kmart has set up the checkout is horrible. I always question whether I really need what I want to purchase. I hate self checkouts. Unless I am going to get a discount for doing kmarts job. Also thete was an extremely long line at the checkout yet there was only one person on a checkout.

I wanted to print some photos today and there was nothing to connect my phone to, so i went to ask an employee that was close by and before i even opened my mouth she says out loud 'dont ask me cause i dont know' WTH. I just looked at her and turned around and walked out. I dont know what it is with Kmart and Coles lately but your staff are so rude.

If I could give negative I would, the staff are so rude I talked to three ladies today and just asked a simple question and they started to make me feel like an idiot for asking and then then I talked to the manager and she laughed at me, just so rude

I needed my car looked at david explained everything to me and got our car sorted out thanks

Had time to count 80 people standing in que, one checkout open.
No time for that, walked out and went to the variety store around the corner

Understaffed. Check your receipts as we get charged more than ticket price for a couple of items.

Good all round. Phone before hand to check goods were available. They were put aside in my name and I payed and collected them. Too easy

My shopping experience at Kmart Maddington was lovely. I had some trouble looking for an item but a worker named Arianna assisted me with this. She went far and beyond to help me look for it she was absolutely so kind and helpful. Great customer service!

I had a great experience at this store. One employee in particular, a girl named Ariana helped me find the correct sized underwear. Thank you ;)

Don't trust the website, it's just a lure to get you in the store. I went to buy two items that were both in stock online. When I went in store the shelves were empty. Useless. Now I'll order them online from overseas, don't even care of they cost more.

Layby service was absolutely horrible waited 15 minutes when the girl was talking in the phone laughing and joking with some person on the phone

Well stocked store with friendly staff, but racks were tangled and messy and they were out of shopping bags. I bought more than expected so didn't have enough bags and had to buy a big canvas one costing me $5! The markdowns and clearances more than made up for any negatives though ️

Spend $80 can't even get a bag even though we have to pay for it. Not happy the only bag I could get was $3.50 or $5.00 no customer service anymore.

The K was excellent but the mart was slightly underwhelming
Go to EB/Zing opposite instead

Located in the maddington shopping centre. Plenty of. Parking out front. Like all k marts, it has the cashiers in the middle of the store which is a bit of a pain.

Most staff are helpful and friendly, but like all big Reatailers they don't have enough staff on to help you.

We been to print photo kiosks but after arriving there we realized that the cables were not provided as some dodgy people used to steal the cables.
In Gateway shopping center, Cockburn, they provide fixed cables and with updated/stylish kiosks to print photos and we really loved that.
Maddington Central is very close to home but Cockburn is bit far but in future we would prefer Gateways or carousel shopping center for future shoppings. No offence but few things need to be updated in Maddington Central Kmart.
