Kmart Karratha

Just like most kmart stores, basically has what these stores have. Was clean and had easy access from carparks.

A typical k mart store. Well stocked and a very good variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

My great niece, a little child, was racially profiled and harassed at the checkout, at the Karatha store yesterday. You need to do better, Kmart.

Cheap cheap cheap! I don't know how they do this even with all of their products being made in China, they are still soooo cheap!

More of a necessity shop now than a go to shop. Sorry, don't like the lay out or stock downgrade.

Would have given a higher score but the last 2 times I have visited this store, there have been none and next to no counter staff on the tills at checkout and the que today for self checkout was ridiculous.

4 checkouts not open was directed to self checkout i didnt bother i shop there i dont work there poor effort went to Target

Just your standard Kmart store, slightly less range than you'd get down south but still reasonable for the Pilbara.

Sam was rude to me and he left me waiting for around 15 minutes and when he finally did my order he was rude to me and called me racial slurs because of my race.

I just drove my mobility scooter there for something to do, I DO NOT BUY FROM ALREADY WELL OFF, OR RICH PEOPLE!

Worst Kmart store ever. Clothes sold are dirty. Very very poor customer service. Manager and staff not professional at all. Hope someone take action.

Best Prices for all your entertainment and camping products very good on prices to with fast services and excellent choices of products.

Lots of empty shelves. One customer had a list of homewares to purchase and could barely get what he needed. Very sad.

A good one-stop shop for the majority of things needed around home hard to beat the prices. Bit tired of all the Anko brand things as it used to have a greater diversity of brands and you could find some good quality items at great prices. I foresee Anko being the downfall of Kmart as there are some cheap and nasty Anko things and other things are ok. I see it as a dilution of quality. To be honest I keep walking now when I see the Anko label and look for other brands.

We bought the frozen SUV 12volt car for our daughter for Christmas. Due to my husband working away for Christmas we opened it early and found it doesn't work and wouldn't charge after putting it together like the instructions said. So I rang Kmart and the lady I first spoke to wasn't exactly friendly but she rang back and informed me she had ordered us another one from Perth. Yesterday I swapped the broken one over for the new one and took it home put it all together like said and charged it like it said and once AGAIN didn't work. So took it back again and the manager wouldn't speak to me and the lady who served me at the check out was extremely rude, she told me it was such a inconvenience for them to even order me a new one the second time and made it out like it was my fault the car wouldn't work. There was no appology given or anything just completely rude. Seeming as this was going to be our daughters Christmas present they didn't even offer her a lollie or something for good gesture saying sorry seeming as it's Christmas eve. I'm extremely disappointed in the staff at Kmart karratha today they weren't helpful or friendly and I now have one disappointed little girl. Thanks for the great service Kmart! Absolutely disgusted.

Kmart manager in toys.you're the grinch and a scrooge.on Christmas eve you could not even offer my little granddaughter a little gift of compensation due to the dodgy ride on frozen car! Which was taken back twice! Her little heart is broken and all you could do is offer back our money refund. I wish you could have seen her tears and sadness when we had to return the item the 2nd time.all we wanted from you was a little gift given to her.as a suggestion of good will.being the eve of Christmas. Kmart your a total disappointment. Thanks for nothing.
