Kmart Joondalup proved to be a budget-friendly haven for my camping preparations. The store offered a variety of affordable camping items, and the unexpected find of cheap yoga mats turned out to be a practical solution for securing items in the car during our journey on corrugated roads. Overall, a pleasant surprise and a valuable resource for budget-conscious campers.

This is a call-out post for MARGARET. Most of the staff at K-mart Joondalup are polite and helpful. Margaret, however is the exact opposite of this. She stands at the door checking every single person’s receipt as if the losses come out of her own pay. Her main loss prevention tactic? Profiling. You can literally hear her tone of voice change when she speaks to you if you’re not white or under the age of 30. Sometimes I consider going in for a cheeky little wonder around until I see her at the door. I’d rather deal with the old woman who works the door at Target, than her.

There are other staff who work the entrance who are far nicer and less prejudiced, and also a lot further from death. MARGARET actively drives customers away from the store, and I’m pretty sure holding up a queue to leave the store to look over the receipts, regardless of what you’re buying wouldn’t do much in the way of loss prevention anyway. She is a rude and prejudiced woman with no respect for anyone spending their money at K-mart, who needs to accept her retirement and go be miserable away from people who have done absolutely nothing wrong to her.

Im not usually one to leave bad feedback but I feel that this is necessary. I attended Kmart Joondalup a few Sundays ago and had a terrible experience. I was looking to buy some new dog toys as i have just bought a puppy for the kids. I walked up to the checkout and was immediately met with rudeness. The boy at the counter, name badge of "Marcus" rolled his eyes at me and looked me up and down. I decided to dismiss the behaviour until my 2 year old started to get restless and cry, the boy at the checkout turned to her and said "shut up". I have never felt more uncomfortable. This behaviour is a disgrace, and Kmart needs to train their staff on how to treat loyal customers

Totally lovely lady on the door, magaret was her name.she was very sweet and polite and gentle she asked about my day in a professional manner and was very welcoming. Continued doing a great job greeting people at the door. If only every kmart worker was as kindhearted as magaret

Love Kmart. Always buy from there. However you may need to check the sizes of clothes before hanging them up on the hangers. I thought I was buying size 14 pyjamas when they were actually size 22 when I got home and went to put them on. All because the hanger said size 14 so I didn't think to check. Maybe your staff need to pay attention next time as it's happened before in the past.

Today I left my shopping cart of goods at the checkout as no service at tge till only self service. When I asked I got told there was no one available for the tills. I am a 75 year old woman and today suffering from back problems. I needed help. Absolute the worst customer service ever.

It was a quick visit, got what we needed and left, very busy due to the next day being Mothers Day

Smart move, Kmart, while all the shops are closed and people got nowhere to go after work, Kmart stepped in. I didn't know where to get the stuff the kids needed for school next day as I can from work late! Thanks again Kmart! Very happy with the results!

Kmart will always be Kmart. So busy over christmas but staff were still very pleasant. Good selections of goods. Good price. This is my wife's review as i don't do shopping.

We went to have some photos printed today and the customer service provided, especially by Alexandra and Molly was excellent. They were really helpful and patient, answered all our questions (some questions were really dumb by the way). Nothing was too much for them. This is one of my favourite Kmart in Perth because there's always good deals here! Seriously where can you find a SGD13 standing fan?

Kmart here is extremely busy, they need to think of a better payment system for customers as the line was extremely long and is difficult to get around people wen they are lined in the middle of the store to pay. As for products I love kmart they have lovely products and affordable pricing.

One of the best I've been to in a while. Though they may seem like they stock the same goods, this definitely had a larger variety.
