Team members are very disrespectful. They don't know how to talk with customers. Girl at the exit door put her name tag down so I can't read her name while she was misbehaving. Worst customer service.

Let's be honest. Don't expect to go into Kmart just to look. You're going to need a bigger trolley

One of the worse staff at this store they don’t know how to deal with customer. I asked for help and she just refused to help with bad tone.

I wish I could give 0 star. The worst customer service ever. No invoice with online shopping and when you call the waiting time is 50-53 minutes! Hire more staff.people don't have 53 min waiting on the phone!

Great place with varieties of choice and easy shopping. I really like the undercover parking even on the top of the shopping center.

What I love about KMart is the clarity of the layout. I found it quite easy to spot the section I needed and select the item I wanted.
Thank God for favour such as this because I then had time for a coffee.

Only one check out in middle of store open which is a huge pain. Goods on sale are priced well.

I love this Kmart. Sometimes the shelves can be a little empty, but that just shows how popular this Kmart is. It is often busy, so pick the time of day that you go carefully if you are not a fan of crowds, like myself.

Kmart sells affordable products of reasonably good quality. There is always a good crowd in this outlet, as people love shopping there for clothes and kitchenware. The checkout process is also very convenient.

So much was out of stock even though it said otherwise online. Just messy aswell. Disappointing because Kmart is usually really good.

Not sure what happened as it's gone down hill. Always understocked and understaffed, best bet order stuff online or visit Morley.

Good Kmart but they are usually sold out of a lot of things. If you get in while they're sticking shelves that is unusually the best time.

It’s A good Kmart, they have quite a selection. My fav thing I ever bought here was a very cute tshirt on sale for $3. The shirt itself was advertised as 100% cotton, which for $3 seemed quite impossible. None the less I bought it and have been enjoying its excellent thread count on my total ever since

It's Kmart but it seemed to be much better organised and when i asked about a product i was guided personally to the display area
