Kmart Halls Head

Fantastic experience in store today after online shop cart errors failed me. Had done a large order lastnight which just wouldn't check out/ complete. Then after asking for help from a team member "Lisa" she proceeded to help me find most of the items in my cart even another team member offered her help with another item we couldn't find. Their kindness made the experience wonderful and I find things difficult to find so again they made the experience much easier for me. Well done Kmart halls head team for having some great staff especially because it's a busy time of the year.

Great prices and huge range of stock. Keep coming back for the exceptional service and greetings from Josh. He is always friendly and smiling. Keep up the good work!

I would say my favourite place to go get stationary and things to spice up my home, would definitely be Kmart. Their range of different items include not only things that make your home look presentable, but you too! The clothes there are definitely a style that makes you think of a healthy lifestyle. Kmart has a style that isn't for everyone, but if it's for you, then you're bound to love it.

This store has limited or no stock for some items due to current situation, otherwise happy with most.

In and out easy to find things but don't take the staff on their word. I ask for something and was told they don't have it. So i walked in had a look around and found exactly what I was looking for.

Visited the store today 10/02/21 around 2pm.store was a mess not a staff member is sight! Found a staff member having a rest on one of the shelves.asked her politely a few time for assistance and she just ignore me.when she finally looked at me she rolled her eyes- it was a huge inconvenience for her! Staff member was female, late 40's, had brown short hair, overweight.she looked like a manager or a Karen of some sort.step up your game Kmart! Rude!

Plenty to see and buy. KMart has come a long way. There is so much to see and some good deals to be had. Well done to all the staff.

Easy parking and under the shade of a tree. So few carpark have any trees these days. Why? Kmart was Kmart, got what I needed then went through the weirdest payment system ever. You pay in the middle then wander around the store then eventually out the exit waving your reciept that no one ever really checks. Heck it could have been from something you bought last year. Very strange system.

Had a quick shopping spree here. Basement parking easy to get in and out of. Staff are friendly, layout of store similar to our local store so knew where to go for what we needed. Great for Mums needing to get everyday essentials, who doesn't love kmart?

If you wish to avoid the bigger type shopping centres such as Mandurah forum, then this one is fine for your Kmart needs.

Really good. There own brand of electrical products are reasonably priced good value for money

Very clean and tidy shop upon entry a staff member greeted each customer with absolutely beautiful customer service and in store when asking a staff member some questions about a product the lady was very helpful an polite a very positive visit was the outcome and 2 very happy customers

Who doesn't love K mart. Can make a house look up to date in no time without breaking the bank.

Love this store.has great products and finally KMart has some quality lines. Whoever has taken over the buying.well done!

Good value and plenty to choose from. Linen and homewares really good stock and great bargains particularly in that department. Clothing not as good as Target though.

Kmart is ok nothing outstanding but it does have a large variety of various clothing, kids toys, electrical goods, it's worth a look.
