Hi i put a review on yesterday for an overcharge your store is not answering as we were asked to ring

I usually enjoy coming to this Kmart but today there was dusty dirty fitting rooms, and a bin on the self-checkout.

Just to recommend Chloe in Photo center, she help me a lot inspite of the personal problems she’s encountering (death of her Dad, & her birthday too.
But she has such a wonderful customer service. I couldn’t have done it in time without her help. She’s such a great team member to your company. Kmart /Ocean keys Shopping Ctr. Clarkson. You’re lucky to have her in your Team. An excellent asset to your company.

Both stores didn't have what I was after. Printer cartridges, they now keep them behind the counter at the service desk and didn't have the twin pack I wanted.

There is no registers anymore you have to check your own items in the centre of the store. Wouldn't that encourage stealing?

Great variety of products and brands, especially in the underwear department. Store would benefit by having more photo kiosks that actually work and even partitioning the section off so as to give you privacy and easier to think when using the the kiosks. It's just soo busy and distracting with children that come touch your screen

I love shopping at kmart, their products and prices are fantastic but since I stopped driving I have had to shop online which is really frustrating because it seems everything I choose is not available online so I then choose an alternative product which is also not available online so I give up.

I asked how to use self checkout girl showed me very quickly what to do and left I put through a few things waved another staf member down as till stopped.put items through left THETE not knowing what button to press to pay.
Finally got transaction done

Posting here because Kmart doesn't reply to emails.
Forced to use the self check outs (which I never do) at Kmart Ocean Keys because as usual, no staff. I questioned why they weren't being cleaned in between each customer per Covid rules. The young girl manning the self serve area told me they were being cleaned, but the whole time I was waiting and before I used it they weren't touched.
And guess what, I just spent my long weekend sick with a very unpleasant cold virus and am losing possibly 2-3 days of work without pay this week because I'm casual. I can't definitively say I caught it from here but I'm vigilant about social distancing otherwise so I can only assume as I haven't been anywhere else that it was.
If you are going to force customers to use self serve checkouts during a pandemic then at least put the staff on to clean them!

Hats off to the teenage guy working at the toy section yesterday, 05/03/21, at around 8: 20pm. He is very hardworking and very helpful. While the other girls in that shift was just having chit chats at one area.

I love kmart.but after purchasing $300 of products I had to self serve and did it anyway.but there was an elderly lady who asked for someone to scan her items and the young girl refused. Bit rude.

Wow two stores in one mall. Bright idea. Good selection. Best price on clothes and also a good all round choice of many household appliances. Brands rubbish but for the price its allowed to only last a year.
Staff are generally younger school kids and are overly polite. (First Job Types).
I quite like it here. Worth a visit.

I thought I was walking into Target but once inside realised it was another Kmart! Two Kmart stores in one shopping centre lol
But, great service and great prices!

Nice friendly staff but not very well educated, reasonably tidy store. Had to pick up a large item from the rear of the store. It would have been less of a hassle to carry it through the store. I was given vague instructions, drove around the block and called. The person I spoke to couldn't give me the street name I should collect from or any better instructions than the first person.

Kmart I want to tell you that Deborah in your layby department is your biggets asset to your company, every single time i deal with Deborah she is 100% attentive, happy, helpful, cheerful and this is a blanket behaviour on every person she connects with. Kmart you need to a knowledge and reward great employees and Deborah is one of them!

Kmart always has what you need at the very best prices. Nice store at the heart of the shopping centre.

While the range is good and the staff (when you can find them) are helpful. The management's decision to go deep on self serve checkouts will always illicit a poor response from me.

Always an issue with stock at this store. Was told in store that they had 50 of a particular item in the system but not on the shelf. Went home and placed an order for 20 items for click and collect. Collected today and there was only 1 item available for my order. What a waste of time. They are happy to take an order for click and collect but can't be bothered to find the stock.

I've always had great service here, the staff were incredibly helpful when I misplaced my prescription driving sunglasses and nearly had a meltdown, even gave me a tissue when I was in need of one, so thoughtful.
Not sure if their range is as extensive as you can find in other malls with more floor area but that's no biggie.

Other than the welcoming and friendly ladies at the entrance, this store is one of the worst k-marts. Stock always being put out at busy times and stock trolleys ALWAYS left out cluttering an already cluttered shop. Only go if you are desperate otherwise keep going to another of the k-marts stores.
