Customer service girl in the "customer service booth" needs to reassess her job. Miserable lady.

Hit n miss; sometimes has everything you need n more, other times you go in for something simple n it's out of stock. Staff always friendly.

Good Shop, heaps of items to choose from,
Just didnt like the Guy at the Door, asked to look in My Nieces Very Small Bag.
Not much bigger than a Pack of Cards.

I had gone to both South Bunbury and Eaton stores when shopping for some new things for home.

Eaton only seems to offer you assistance if they are "bored" which is why the young lad excused himself while helping me

BUT SOUTH BUNBURY the two girls there not only helped through my whole shop with finding or keeping things aside while i shopped but also helped me to the car and provided me with SUPERIOR customer service.

South Bunbury Kmart was amazing before the refit. Now it's confusing. Really dumb to put the checkout in the middle F the store then have someone check your purchases at the door. It's insulting and annoying.

The shop was very untidy, shopping item I required, Pj's x 4 pairs found on floor, then self serve checkout didn't work, really disappointing experience, not what you would expect from K Mart!

Needed a new dog bed, came out with bed, clothes for grandchildren and dog toys! Something for every one at bargain prices ️

Since KMart's revamp it's got a great selection of budget conscious items. Lots of cheap inspirations for redecorating the home and pretty much everything anyone could need.
It's a very popular store and the home decor and crafts section are always busy.
Definitely worth a wander if you are looking for inspiration.

Better Kmart than the one back home. Hubby needed some shirts and I found things for my grand children to put away for Easter.

Here's a thought, put the checkouts back at the door, put people back behind the checkouts. It's called customer service. I only go to kmart if absolutely have to because of this. I'm not inducted or on your payroll to do your workers jobs.

Not the ideal place due to a huge lack of customer care you can never find staff when you need a hand

Kmart had lots of different options to choose from and all their products are really good quality

Shop here regularly. Great little store. If something isn't in stock they'll get it in for you pronto. Very friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Parks centre kmart is closer than eaton but not open as long. Parking is plentiful if not always full because of the surrounding stores and restaurants

Easy access, all of the normal Kmart products. Never had a problem. Good value and so far reasonable quality products.

A good shop catering for most things but personal service on checking out seems to be a thing of a forgotten past!
