I bought 3 large water canonsfor my 3 granddads the3water canons stop working after 4 dayi just tried just then pumping not a thing happens I would like my money back

Rude and disrespectful manager, took multiple times for manager to come and talk to me face to face

The time I visited the place was less crowded and I was able to check around products very easily. Has parking lots outside the complex. Overall experience good

Got served by a staff member named Chloe and she was super helpful even though it was really busy today, crazy to see that even though Kmart doesn't pay well there are people who still go above and beyond for customers. Huge shout out to her.

You can find almost anything in Kmart. Clothes, shoes, household goods, office, fishing, camping, toys and more.

The stuff here is very affordable and the cashier staff, Toni, who helped us at the self-checkout was really friendly! The only inconvenience I experienced was that some of the apparel were lying on the floor, and the racks were quite messy. Overall, I think my experience here was pretty good!

Lots of things to look for when we are looking for men's wear and some home slippers. Great choices and reasonable prices!

Kmart Waz. Great I purchased a new rug for the floor, I haven't cracked it out of the wrap as yet, still rearranging the lounge. It's gunna be Great tho can't wait hehe? Thanks Kmart top product great price, I'll update once I have rug in place.

Staff need to be trained properly with the proper information, and taught that if they don't know something not just to guess. Ask someone who does know!

Couldn't find an item in store that website said was 'in stock'. Asked a staff member for help finding it because it wasn't on the shelf.staff member told me to go back and look again and wouldn't come with me find it or find someone else that was available to help.didn't find it in the end. Terrible service

Very busy, very popular outlet. I guess people prefer to come here as it's part of the shopping centre complex, all under one roof, especially when it's heavy rain outside.
Big US chain, what else to expect.

I had shoved a bunch of pillows in my tote bag because my mum told me too. They got quite upset when they found them. They said that i couldn't have them. Even though i spent ages trying to fit them in my bag. I wish they let me had them. They would have looked cool in my bathroom.

This Kmart is very nicely presented, shelves were clean and tidy. Browsed the Hotwheels aisle in the toy section and they were all neatly organised and hooks werent overflowing with overstocked cars or damaged packaging.

Checkout layout is a bit weird with their signage pointing to self-serve and normal registers but there is a staff member on hand to direct you where to go for more efficient service.

I love that Kmart is right at the top of the travelator so I don't have to navigate the rest of the Westfield maze. Darn it, I just remembered I also need to get milk from Coles.of crab

You definitely see the difference in stock when there's more money in the area, but parking on a Friday afternoon was a complete nightmare, lovely fountain in the forecourt, clean modern, good store.

Good stock supplies and customer service. Very well displayed store. Clean and abundant quantities and sizes.

Always clean and well stocked. The staff are helpful with locating items when you are not sure where to look. The whole shopping experience in KMart is painless!

They have a huge variety of products a n d the service is always good. If you can't find what you are looking for there is always someone there to assist you

As lockdown is now over, my granddaughter and I celebrated with Mcdonalds for breakfast. Then we decided to go over to Kmart Booragoon to purchase her school supplys for Monday. Your staff members were so helpful and friendly helping us locate these items. Thankyou and keep up the great work!
