Kmart Belmont

Staff are extremely rude, to the point the security guard at the front gate (Kmarts own security guard, not the centre’s guards) accused me of stealing the items I got even though I had the receipt in my hand

Went into Kmart Belmont to get a refund on a pair of pants purchased from the store.
I had lost the receipt and wasnt getting much help from the other staff members for an exchange, refund or store credit. Had a young gentlemen by the name Lawson help me out with the assistance from Kmart Head office, and I was able to get a store credit voucher. Lawson was very helpful, polite and understanding. Excellent customer service from this young man. We need more young pepple like him in retail. Great Job!

Easy to access, but a little far to walk. Bought a few things for my dog, but the queue was long.

I came in looking for a specific item and received kind and enthusiastic help from both Jade and Bonnie. They went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and I’m very grateful for their exceptional service.

The store is clean & well organised. Staff are typically friendly & helpful…

However one staff member deserves special mention…and 20/10!

Linda at the checkouts is wonderful! Always has a smile despite the often stressful nature of this location… she always remains positive, friendly, and super helpful!

You (store management) need to look after people like Linda and she should be held up as a role model for other staff members… thank you Linda!

PS: on a less positive note… There are never any trolleys at this store! What is going on? Do you not want people to shop!? It’s difficult to shop in a store like Kmart without a trolley

I purchased a sealed keypad and mouse set and the mouse was missing when I got home. Tried calling ALL day. Let it ring for ages every time. No answer

Yikes! The woman at the registers serving people was incredibly rude. A different customer asked for help with inserting cash into the self serve as it was having issues, the person serving me yell across to the other customer telling to to turn it around, the tone in which she did was incredibly rude. Then the EFTPOS machine I was using froze and she told me to use a different card, I mentioned that it is her machine that’s frozen. She then proceeded to get visibly and auditable upset and said I’ll have to wait for her to restart it. I then said I’ll just use the self service machine, it’ll be faster, again she got even more upset.

Pretty disappointed with the service here!

Lost points for not having any sz 5 or 6 slippers in store, at all, nor any purple tinsel. Also, with Targets closing, it's still hard to find a staff member to assist in Kmart. Gave back 1 star as I believe stock is being held at the wharf so not Kmarts fault.

Not really pleased to see that one of Australia's leading general goods suppliers is employing staff and training them to do themselves out of a job by insisting that they get the customers to use the automated check out systems.
Seems a bit ridiculous in my book, but hey! At least their shareholders will get bigger and better returns each year and that's what really matters.
Not the unemployed youth of the country that could be carving a place in the retail industry. Right?

A Kmart store within the Belmont shopping center. Clean well stocked with products as per what's expected from this chain

I hate having to pay in the middle of the shop, and then have someone check as I leave.
Such a stupid system.

What a great shopping experience. Friendly and helpful staff, a massive range of merchandise on the shelves. I take off my hat for the staff to keep it so neat and tidy as well as organised. Well done, guys!

I'm a regular and I love Kmart things
But today 0n 05/08/21 just 15 mins before closing time I went to cash out and in cash out area there were two middle age ladies that were giving me looks so I paid and went ahead and I got stoped buy two young girls (1 in black suit) stoped me and made sure I didn't steal nothing I felt really uncomfortable I'm sure 100% they been told by those ladies at cash out area to watch me. Overall I did not enjoy shopping tonight. I'm a dentist and I got a job even if I didn't I would never steal! I never experienced what I went through tonight that was too much and I keep thinking about it and I don't think I go Kmart until I recover from this

Awesome Kmart, the middle (card only) self serve is perfectly wheelchair accessible, for my gf to scan too many items.
I’d love see these across all stores cause it actually made her day?

They've dropped the ball on baby clothes. I no longer get baby clothes at kmart as they're all gender neutral. I want BOY and GIRL baby clothes!

Great range of stock and good size. We were able to get some hard to find items here and in our colour and range. Always quiet in the evenings. Peaceful to shop in and nicely laid out. Always come here.

I was very impressed with the the range of products and polite, helpful and informative staff members. I will certainly returand recommend the Belmont store to others!

Plenty of parking outside the mall and it's in the mall so there are other shops you can visit. I often find this Kmart is out of stock of items eg, particular brand of undies, bike items, toys on special. There's not a huge range of items but enough for the basics.

They have a large variety of clothes which arent that expensive, good spot if you plan shopping for kids.
