Cheap prices and good ranges.

Kmart Australia is a well-known retail giant that offers a wide range of products, from clothing and homeware to electronics and toys. My experiences with Kmart have generally been positive, with several advantages and a few limitations.

First, the positives. Kmart is known for its affordability, offering budget-friendly options for a variety of items. The "Everyday Low Prices" strategy makes it an attractive destination for shoppers looking to stretch their dollars. Their store layout is typically well-organized, making it easy to find products quickly.

Moreover, Kmart's online shopping platform is user-friendly, providing customers with the convenience of shopping from home and selecting either home delivery or in-store pickup.

However, there are some drawbacks to consider. The quality of some Kmart products can be hit or miss, with lower-priced items occasionally sacrificing durability. Additionally, during peak shopping times, long lines at the checkout can be a downside.

Lady at the front door shouldn't be in customer services. She is rude condescending and has little patience. My father was disgusted with the blatant lack of respect. He just wanted some batteries

The click-and-collect service is very convenient, provided there is sufficient staff to attend the click-and-collect service. Combining the refund/returning department and click-and-collect department together is a bad idea as only one staff is assigned to deal with both task and the cue is horrendous. I always believe that if you want to offer a service, make sure you do it whole-heartedly and ensure you have sufficient staff to service it. Otherwise, just drop the click-and-collect service and focus on the refund/return.

Had bad experience, the old lady standing to check receipts, asked her if the trolley is available she gave me rude answer and said you can go and grab from coles, I came to do shopping in Kmart not coles
And if the trolley bay is there, they need to have trolley

Store is usually quite messy and many shelves are empty. It's a shame because the Target that used to be there was really good. -T

Kmart a regular place to pick a bargain. Getting close to Christmas the shelves aren't as stocked as previous years.

Never have what you need in stock. The child labour force just chats amongst themselves and tell you to go find stuff yourself instead of showing you so you end up looking for something that's out of stock for half an hour.

This particular Kmart usually has most things that I need in stock, compared to the more popular Kmart stores in Westfield, Carousel or Karrinyup shopping centre, so it's my go-to store!

I came in with a list of items that i needed help with.i came across Bella G who was amazing and super friendly and greeted me with a smile.she helped me in a timely manner and fulfilled my list perfectly

A quieter Kmart than most how ever parking is chaotic

Good family atmosphere. Lady who given us tag to go to change room not friendly at all. Feel just another number. Anyway overall good experience.

A big shout out to Emma at the service desk. Yesterday She went over and beyond to find us a solution to print the design my daughter so wanted on her Father’s Day mug. A huge thank you!

Great store. Sometimes tricky to find a staff member if I need help locating an item and the service desk can be found unattended at times, but on the whole it’s a very convenient store with good value products.

If most of you choose B, it is very hard to fault. The price tag corresponds to the nearest items speak clearly $15 as our eyes are normally accustomed for shopping. BUT, according to KMart, the real price is what their scanner machine said. Can you imagine if you shop a dozen item, and you have to remember all the prices? Lucky for KMart, their stores are not a member of scanning code of practice in Australia, so their store policy can honour or dishonour the advertised price.

Misleading? Not according to consumer protection. “It may be just kids displaying the wrong price”. Hmmm.all the smart and attentive kids staff shall be offended by that statement.

It is a pity for consumers, next time, better check the price first before going to the cashier.

Kmart very useful, with wide range of household products at low prices and reasonable quality! There is ample parking too.

No staff to serve you, you have to serve yourself. One staff member to 'help' at self service checkouts who was grumpy, rude and unfriendly

Lots of cheap product.worth to shop and reasonable quality and value for money. Clean qnd tidy and full of stock

But its listed as available on Kmart website. Didn't even try to help before walking away 2 secs later.

Veerry long store, if they are thinking of having more customers I would suggest making it less long and more square (in its shape). Very nice pillows, I still use them today and I bought them in 1994!
