Kitesurfing Lessons Perth - ELEMENTAL - Perth Kiteboarding School

I received a voucher for Christmas 2019 and when I contacted them in March 2020 they said the season was almost over and should contact them again in October. Since October I have tried to contact them numerous times via Email, Facebook and phone with no response. I finally contacted Consumer Affairs who also couldn't contact them and said it appeared they had closed down. Basically I've lost the $439 the voucher was worth. If they ever try to trade again stay clear!

I paid for lessons online but no one turned up, nor have I received a response to my sms messages, telephone calls or e-mails. I am trying to pursue the business for a refund. Please do not purchase lessons with this company as it appears to be a scam.

Edit: I paid with a Credit card and my bank recently credited the amounts back to my account. I have not received any response from Elemental to date.

These guys have gone out of business but are still taking money! DO NOT book with them. I have lost $250 and no one rocked up despite receiving several automated confirmation emails and texts etc.

These guys did not turn up to a lesson booked on-line and pre-paid and have not responded to any sms, email, FB messenger requests etc. I tracked down the original owners who sold the business last year and are now in NZ. New owners have not responded to anything but taken my money. Other reached out to my FB inquiry with similar experiences. DO NOT PAY THEM

Great operation, really well run and professional. Caroline is super friendly and organised everything for me and I took a lesson with Michael and Leonard who were fantastic - every instructor will obviously gave their own style and they were very patient and encouraging throughout - by the end of my first lesson I was body dragging in the water thanks to these guys!

Highly recommend elemental, would def go with them again.

Tried a special they had on Groupon not expecting much due to the bargain price. However was very surprised with the level of professionalism and patience of our instructor (Alex). Woodies is the ideal spot to learn. Many thanks for a great intro to kitesurfing and really looking forward to getting 100% into the kite culture of Perth.

Kite surfing just seemed like an unrealistic ambition that i'd one day maybe attempt. However Elemantal made my dream a reality and I even have my own kite! With the help of their fantastic sales service from their pro kite instructors! I had the best experience with these guys and highly recommend! Everything was instructed very clearly and no time was wasted with the help of their pre learning modules. The Elemental team is a 10/10!

My wife and I had a great time trying out Kite Surfing. The power of these Kites give you such an exhilarating feeling! Even if you have never done anything like it before, give it a go, you'll be surprised how quickly you can pick up the basics:)

The instructors at Elemental were encouraging and fun and helped me to progress quickly. They went through a lot of safety aspects of the sport, which made me feel comfortable going out on my own after the lessons. I would certainly recommend this crew.

I had some lessons late last year with elemental and I can say these guys aren't just good they are great.the way they teach you is special this was demonstrated when I saw many other kite schools around me that were pretty dangerous and wreckless.it's a very intuitive and a safe way to learn.what I found the best was the patients they have with making you a good kiter.

My husband & I took a 2 hour intro lesson with Elemental. The instructor was very knowledgable, patient and gave clear instructions. The equipment was high quality and the lesson was lots of fun! Thanks!

They are very good at explaining and encouraging students to begin learning the art of Kitesurfing.
They also emphasize the Safety aspects which are very critical.

I did the very first course and loved it before even getting on the board. The tutoring was great and because the other student and I were advancing quite quickly we could touch on more advanced skills such as dragging ourselves through the water for longer.
Would definitely recommend.

Had a one-on-one kite refresher with elemental. Very professional team, organised, on time and had a great instructor. I would highly recommend to any beginner, intermediate or advanced student.
