Note this is a review for the Kitchen Warehouse "customer service" team online, but I can't find anywhere else to submit it.
My husband and I ordered some knives online using a discount code only for an error message to come up during payment. We discovered then we had been charged twice. Multiple emails, phone calls and web chats later - all of which we've had to instigate - and this is still not resolved, nearly 3 weeks later. Many promises from KW "customer service" staff for them to get in touch with us but 0 contact. Absolutely appalling lack of follow up, rude customer service fobbing us off and basically saying there's nothing they can do for a non existent order (except, apparently, take our money). Absolute fraud and terrible customer service, we will NEVER shop here again.

Went in earlier today very nervous about starting to try and learn to cook (I’m famously the set fire to cereal bad cook!) and the lovely Irene greeted me. I asked her where the bread trays were and told her I was a very very very green beginner and she made me feel so safe and answered all my questions!

Upon picking the pan she even took me to the counter and wrote down a super simple bread recipe on a card and gave me some tips. Thankyou Irene for making me feel safe and hopeful that this time I might actually make something edible.

Went in to buy a tea strainer, No hello at front door when I walked in, Walked to the back of the shop were the utensils were and a staff member again came near me but no “Hello, do you need any help” just fiddling around me like I was going to do something.
Had to go to the counter to ask for help and it was like I was asking for a kidney or something she was like in shock I asked her a question. Will never be back I will go to Malaga next time, They are way more helpful.

The parking area is in front of the shop. It's pretty convenient. It is not the biggest store, but it displays many popular products. It's easy to find what you want. The staff are very nice and helpful but not annoying.

I don't normally leave reviews, after shopping in store yesterday, I was super impressed with the atmosphere in the shop, I felt welcomed and helped thoroughly by Lee, her enthusiasm radiated thought out the whole store.

Staff are great, knew exactly what I was looking for. Second item they didn't have so they sent me to a different place.

I'm loving the new layout easy to see products spacious to walk through with lots to look at, Clean and tidy and the staff always helpful and knowledgeable, I will shop here again.

Love the new store layout, Kitchen Warehouse have the best choice of Kitchen products, which are all beautifully displayed. The staff are also welcoming and knowledgeable, especially Lee who seems to have been there forever, it is so nice to see a familiar face in a world thats for ever changing

The new store set up, is an Aladdin's cave. Almost everything you could wish for, and probably a few you never thought you needed. Prices are consummate with the quality.

Just had a shop re-fit and it looks amazing. Has great specials and the staff were fantastic helping me!

Very efficient service, I checked online whether the store had a particular thermos in stock. The website displayed that stock was low and click and collect was unavailable. Upon calling the Midland store I found that they had 2 of the items I was after and were happy to hold them for me. As a bonus they were 39% off the RRP. Highly recommend.

A Great place for Kichen fancy things. Only had a small range of Reidel glasses which I wanted as a present. Did get what I needed tho. Looks like they are stocking up on some new ranges.

I was in your store late Monday afternoon, 23rd Dec and was so impressed with your staff, even though they didn’t have want I wanted in stock, they tracked it down in another one one of your stores and got them to put it aside for me. They were so friendly and helpful, I left feeling so happy! Then as I was about to leave, I see 2 of the female staff members come out and help another customer push start his car, as his battery had died while shopping in your store!
Talk about going above and beyond for customer service!
