What can you say, the busiest time of year and staff sept time explaining a product to me with no pressure.

I love shopping here. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They have all things kitchen! By joining their free membership programme you are sent details of specials, member only specials and vouchers to spend. I've bought heavily reduced item due to their great special prices, which ring up even less than the special price being a member. Gotta be happy with that.

Great range of products, all at great prices, especially during sales. I was after Riedel wine glasses which I had been told were the very best & found exactly what I was after with the help of a very friendly sales assistant. Box was opened and every glass was closely checked for imperfections or damage and the sales person carried them to my car for me as I was recovering from recent surgery.

Yes, it's ok I suppose but it's very expensive. We needed an ordinary Pyrex dish, it was $39.95 in this shop but we decided to leave it and looked in Big W, the exact same thing was $15!

Staff member super helpful and directed us to exactly where the product we were after was.

Don't waste your time with this store. I went in store to purchase products that are available online, was told they weren't in store and were unwilling to order them in.
Old fashioned service is dead, faceless online ordering it is.

The Staff as always are very courteous an come down on the floor to assist with your enquiry.
They display a geuine sense of compassion when asked about my membership status.

The only place that has Angel cake pan. Brilliant mothers day merchandising and love their kitchen range from cookware to dinnerware.

Great store, huge range and good prices. Right in the middle of Joondalup home centre, parking is good but 100 speed bumps throughout. Plenty of homeware stores in this region. Good service and friendly staff

Got my sons lunch box for bCk to school very cheap as they had a sale on ans lots of variety to choose from ill be going back when I have more time to take a look at everything else

Been in twice today to the Joondalup store (forgot something first time) and both times was pleasantly surprised by great service. Attentive and really friendly, but not at all pushy. Great range and really reasonable prices.hard to only come out with what you go in for!

We’ll still the best place to get kitchen supplies in Perth. Not quite the same as Paris, but still pretty good.

Was served by a gent Called Marcel great knowledge excellent cuastomer service, was approached while browsing the store for only a short period, love spending money in this store i highly reccomend.

I made a purchase online, which was dispatched quickly and arrived within a couple of days.

Quite surprising as i live in the regions not the suburbs.

The product was protectively wrapped, was as described, and received in perfect condition

Went here for quality and got kmart type goods. Expensive for what you get. The only place in Perth with an egg slicer. They have a big selection and staff are nice. I'd go again if I need something specific.
