Kitchen Warehouse Cockburn

Have visited many times in the past, but my most recent visit last week deserved a review because the counter staff (girl and lady) were so helpful, patient and friendly. She also let me take advantage of their latest membership offer ($10 off min purchase).
Always love their Victorinox tomato serrated knives & parking knives (by the counter) - they cut anything and never need sharpening despite my misuse of cleaning them in dishwasher top rack. Perfect for everyday use and picnics. My mum loved them so much she bought 4 to bring overseas.
Found a great borosilicate glass canister set at a good price, square edges rounded down, with bamboo top where the opening is large enough to fit your hand in. Def maximises the look and space in my pantry.
Lovely knives, dish sets (the Forest Green is love), any gadget you could want. I will say though, the $30+ European can opener we got didn't last as promised. A $15 one from Woolies works better.

We had an issue with the online click and collect. However, the staff and management in the Cockburn store helped us rectify the problem instantly. Kitchen Warehouse has everything you could ever need. The range and guality of their inventory are unmatched.

Customer Service was beyond poor. Second visit this week one by myself another with a colleague. Colleague was offered more help then myself.

Love this store, it is so beautiful. I made a purchase and unfortunately found 1 item to be faulty when I got home. The ladies there were so helpful, and it was really easy to have my issue resolved 10/10 service.

The staff were so helpful! Our pasta machine broke and they were able to quickly swap it over for us with our receipt. It was a quick and easy exchange and it saved me a lot of stress!

Fabulous selection of all kitchen and bbq items. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Time is hard, so perhaps that’s why they didn’t wanna honour their warranty. Doesn’t even bother taking a second look and just put the blame on customer’s fault. Unbelievable.

What an absolute gem of a shop. So much to choose from, one could spend at least half z day browsing. The staff are fantastic and knowledgeable. This is a must to visit and a great gift shop og quality goods. We'll done will be back and recommending this shop. 5 stars.

I normally would never leave a bad review and especially when it’s a store that I go to a lot for most of your kitchen supplies but on this occasion I feel it’s necessary.
The lady that served us was really unhelpful when the a advertised price was wrong that was put on a dinner set that we wanted to purchase.
She blamed a customer for the mix up even though the display set that was out of the box was wrong too.
It’s not the customer problem to fix a price mix up and was very dismissive about the whole order deal.
It’s was a very disappointing experience and we will shop elsewhere in the future.

Visited this store today and was given the very best customer service by Katelin. She was polite, helpful and knowledgeable - this is why we come to this store - amazing customer service. Thank you Katelin we are so impressed by you going the extra mile for us. Katelin is a credit to the Kitchen Warehouse - best experience ever.

Very very disappointed with the service, I bought a furi knief set a year ago which had 5 years warranty which was then broken and need replacement, I went to shop for replacement and the lady over there she already assume I have cut the bone and misused the knife and will not be getting replacement but again she said she will send it to access and let me know, waited for couple of weeks but haven't heard back from them, I called them she agin said the company had access it and decided not to replaced because it was missed used. I feel like she didn't have intentions to help me. No one will have intentions to misuse their things and not one 2 of my knief was broken. I paid hundreds of dollars trusting company and had a such terrible experience. Very very disappointed

This is a good place to pay top dollar for Kmart quality appliances. I bought an expensive kettle which was leaking heavily through the bottom. Was turned away by staff for arriving 5 minutes before closing and couldn't receive a refund. I will not be shopping here anymore.

The biggest kitchen warehouse store in the south of the river. Has a great selection of different baking products

Lots of interesting items to see and buy for bbq, kitchen whether it's cookware, baking or a new wok they have a reasonable selection. I bought a wok from here reasonable price. There's also selection of chefs knives, drinkware for your bar. Loads of parking friendly staff.

Good selection and helpful staff.
They usually have some good deals going on so go down for a look:)
