Good choice of kitchen and F&B related equipments but need to stock more professional chef required tools. Seems focus is mainly on household needs at the first look

Note this is a review for the Kitchen Warehouse "customer service" team online, but I can't find anywhere else to submit it.
My husband and I ordered some knives online using a discount code only for an error message to come up during payment. We discovered then we had been charged twice. Multiple emails, phone calls and web chats later - all of which we've had to instigate - and this is still not resolved, nearly 3 weeks later. Many promises from KW "customer service" staff for them to get in touch with us but 0 contact. Absolutely appalling lack of follow up, rude customer service fobbing us off and basically saying there's nothing they can do for a non existent order (except, apparently, take our money). Absolute fraud and terrible customer service, we will NEVER shop here again.

Great shop, lot of kitchen things and it's the warehouse so that's why we went and got our appliance there. Just parking is crazy on weekends.

Some quality stuff. Easy to get in and out quickly, especially compared to anything in Westfield.

Very bad, onerous price match policies. Since they make it so difficult over $2 dollars because it has to be of the same colour even though we wouldn't mind any sort of colour, we chose to take our business to the Good Guys which has the lower price and plenty of stock.

Lots to look at and choose from. The lady who served us knew her stuff and was very professional. Exceptional service.

I have never had anything less than a stellar experience here and I've been shopping here for 3+ years. The new store is huge and beautifully displayed. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Today I was looking for a product that I'd seen on the website but couldn't find it in store. The salesperson ordered it to be delivered to my home with zero delivery cost. As it's coming from Perth it'll be here this week and have tracking on the postage.

I've often managed to get extra deals from here through the companies too. I bought a Smeg coffee machine and had a special coffee kit delivered later with cups, milk jug, coffee beans and other goodies. I initially first started shopping here when I wanted a pizza blade and they were the only place in Perth that sold it and I haven't looked back since then.

Huge range available. Staff were great especially Silvana and Amy with excellent advice and service. Thankyou.

This is a Mecca for people who loves their kitchens and what they eat and drink! The store manager and the staff are amazing and really know what they are doing. Doesn't matter you want to buy a simple kitchen napkin or a sophisticated programmable cooker, you'll find it here under one roof. Best place to buy your mum or a dad a gift or anyone else! You'll find the world class products here at a reasonable price. They also will offer a very good deals once you've become a loyalty member. Can't recommend a better place in whole WA.

Have not been to this store since it moved and it's lovely. Very friendly staff and great range of products.

Worse experience I have ever had, did not get a refund back for what I have purchased, very disappointing, never coming back again

I just left 10 mins ago. Poor staff for customer service, the staff choses customer to welcoming. On the same time, have two guests that one is me and another, but only asked him: how can I help and ignore me. How possible is great customer service?

This is second time to face this happened. Not friendly.

Helpful staff a lot of kitchen ware of course but same things hard to find but that was me being fussy but the staff did help has much has they could I thank them for their patience parking for Disabled out front

Does not accept cash? !? ! Pretty bad when Australian money is not accepted at a business. Refuse to shop where my money is not acceptable.

Staff were friendly and helpful with my quire's with a great selection of kitchen wear supplies.

I went in yesterday am hoping to have a look at a wok that was advertised on half price, a staff member Steve, a fair headed gentleman offered his assistance to help. I felt comfortable enough to browse around and picked up a couple small items and was attracted to the enamel casserole pot that was also on special but did not have the red colour I wanted. He did helped me with another lady Pearl, at the counter to secure one at the Myaree branch and I was happy not to drive around looking for one. In all, awesome and very pleasant experience and did NOT at all feel being pushed to buy. I too am working in a retail environment.

I did go to MYaree branch and ended up buying a similar pot in a smaller size and my apologies, I did not get the lady at the counter's name except she is a teacher full time, again, such lovely pleasant experience.

I do like both stores after the original store in Cannington which was really big. Just very happy with my purchases and now there is one spare pot and one for a dear friend.

Super helpful staff, I went in looking for something I found online and it wasn't on the shelf. The woman assisting me did not give up, spent over 10 minutes out the back rummaging around and found what I went in for! Most would have had a quick look and said they didn't have it. Huge store, lots of goodies.
