Awesome store! Specifically went to buy their one size fits all snake gaitors (they’re great btw), but ended up buying quite a bit more!

Hands down, one of the best tactical gear stores here in Australia. Fantastic service, with staff willing to spend time to ensure what you need is what you get. Quick to respond, and have great values.

Really good service I was going to come out half auscam and half multi cam but the women was so helpful and gave me the right cammo and I have a few requests can you have gas masks and some more hats like berets and some more special force’s stuff better service then the USA thanks

The Kit Bag offers a fantastic range of equipment and supplies for military, emergency services and outdoor requirements. I absolutely love their product range and their customer service is phenomenal. When there was an issue with my order it was sorted out quickly and easily with an excellent outcome by Matt. Great place to grab top quality gear. I bough a 5.1.1 rush 24 and 15 backpack. I use the back pack for work. I did a fair bit of research for my backpack looking at zip and material quality and am very much impressed by the quality… great products, great service.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon knowing what I was looking for. The young man serving (Evan) is to be commended for his excellent knowledge of the products Kit Bag offers including very specific sizing information across the 5.11 range. "Outstanding! " 10/10.

Good store has a lot of great gear how ever the website is shocking. It has an infuriating amount of pop ups telling you someone bought something or an item is on special. Also items for sale at times over lap the next page buttons so you cannot continue to look through their stock.

Would be nice if it was as big as Wellington or Midland disposals, but a good little place you can get some good stuff. Good for the basics and some fancy stuff like those high powered LED torches.

I arranged to get a product delivered due to working away. Unfortunately it was the wrong size so I needed an exchange which Matt arranged for me the next day and I had it before lunchtime. The quality is excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. The online and in store experience is topnotch. BZ Guys.
