Kirkalocka Station reviews
7$30 for just a night stay, when we been there they did not had power. Is not a camping ground, just an vacant land behind the sharers quotes. Showers were good but toilets could be better
They're doing a great job here.families would enjoy it with the animals and even a play gym. Has a cute museum, sadly, I had some of those items growing up, so guess I'm now 'museum age' haha!
Showers are good. No-one lit the camp fire so disappointingly, no gathering of the travellers. Lovely billabong and super sunset to boot
Great Station experience. Rustic Shearers' Quarters, Homestead, Shearing Shed, mini Museum, Campers' Kitchen and Animals. Campfire in the evening for those chilly nights. Have your shower in the evening for hot water.
Great rest spot while heading north, nice surprise for kids with goats, sheep, pony etc good facilities and kitchen. Fire was great feature
Cramped, stuffy, the room window was broken and didn't close and the room doors have a huge gap top and bottom so we were bitten head to foot by mosquitoes. The room was hot and stuffy and because the campfire was right outside our room, it was full of smoke every night. There were also other campers smoking outside the rooms. We were so exhausted after two sleepless nights that we cut our trip short and went home. Everything is dingy and looks filthy, the rooms don't even have a hook to hang wet towels up, and the mattress had a spring poking out of it. Awful.
Stayed for 1 night very friendly operator, well equipped campers kitchen, authentic station stay:)
Jarred and Blair Ridley were very friendly and welcoming to us when looking for a place to camp overnight on our long trek back to Perth from Broome.
