Good Service by the team very friendly however came into buy 4 things left with 1, stock was low screen protectors for 2 phones and 1 (i can forgive) was a Quad lock vent charger.

Always a good experience at Kiphones. Great team with good product and technical knowledge who have definitely filled a gap in town for great service and follow up advice.

We had a problem with the phone’s new part. Kiphone were very helpful, polite and happy to honour the warranty; order a new part; repair the phone; and mail the phone to us as we were leaving town. Above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kiphone, and I must say, Teague exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Teagues service provided was top-notch and professional from start to finish.

All the staff at Kiphone were friendly and approachable, making me feel comfortable discussing the issues with my phone. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided a clear explanation of the repair process, ensuring I understood the steps they would take to fix the problem.

What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency of their service. Despite the high number of customers, they managed to repair my phone in record time without compromising on quality. Diagnosed the problem with my phone in a few minutes ordered the part and had my phone working perfectly as soon as the part arrived.

Had the battery in my oneplus 7t pro replaced, part was ordered in and upon arrival fitted within a couple of hours.
Service from start to finish was excellent with my questions about both my current phone and potential next phone answered.
My phone's charge now lasts the way it did two and a half years ago.many thanks to the team at KIPHONE

I am Fernando from Lima-Peru. I bought an action camera, the INSTA360 ONE X3, the same day I bought it, they sent it to me and it arrived very quickly in my country. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Had battery in iPhone 11 replaced as the phone said it was at 80% capacity. Replacement battery appears to hold power better than the original one.
Had a small issue with the screen afterwards which Kye sorted without any issues.
