I am so very grateful to Sarrah and Sanjay who helped me change a very messy wound dressing yesterday, which I could never have done myself. The genuine care and excellent customer service was amazing! If you are looking for a great family pharmacy, this one goes above and beyond.

Very rude staff and they selling medicines with double the price. Never buy medicines from this pharmacy.

Very friendly and always good service but the prices are always sky high which is a shame. I get if it costs a little extra vs bigger chains but some over the counter stuff I found to be almost double the price.

Hired a wheelchair from the super friendly and helpful people at Kinross Pharmacy and the wheelchair was clean and perfectly fit for purpose and the cost reasonable.

Do your research before buying here, prices are through the roof! I bought antibiotics for my son and costed me $24.95, my wife bought the exact same one for our other child that was also sick and she paid $10.95 at Superchem. Whenever there is a pharmacy attached to a doctors surgery, be prepared to open your wallet.

The staff at Kinross pharmacy are absolutely amazing, when it comes to professionalism and knowledge. The fun, caring family vibe you experience as soon as you walk in through the door makes you want to keep coming back! Honestly could not recommend these guys enough. You can tell that this isn't just a business to them, this is a way to help keep the community healthy and safe. Keep up the great work guys!

This Pharmacy would have to be the most incompetent Pharmacy I have ever experienced. On more than one occasion they have forgot to order a family members prescription, even though it's a regular order every month. They have given the wrong medication/dosage on two occasions and misplaced a repeating script for a controlled medication causing great stress. If you are looking for a Pharmacy that is inept and incompetent then this is the place for you.

Would definitely recommend this pharmacy if anyone wanted friendly, professional service with helpful medical advice!
