This is my go to shopping for groceries. Peaceful and not hectic like the bigger shopping centres.

Taking my chihuahua here now great caring staff. Reasonable prices.hired out a large crate for my dog and it only cost me $50 for the whole 6 weeks. So happy

A really good experience at this vet. Much appreciation to the vets and nurses who took care of our dog before, during and after she had surgery to remove a cancerous lump. It was smooth from the first appointment to the last and everyone was genuinely caring and helpful. Our dog is now cancer free and back to her bright self:)
A special thank you to Dr Kishna who was very thorough in her consultation and explanation of the diagnosis/procedure.

Outstanding customer service. I had my first appointment here as a new client and they called me to say two vets were out with covid and asked if my apt was an emergency. I explained my dog’s situation and they sounded genuinely concerned. I hung up with a moved apt but they said to call them if it got worse. They then called me back to say they had another vet (a practice not owned by them) that could get my dog in same day! They gave up business to help my dog, who they don’t know. Thank you very much!

On the 15th of November we said goodbye to our dear brave Chance. I would like to thank all the Vet's and Nurses over the past 14 and 1/2 years that have shown so much kindness, support, compassion and caring to Chance also for the many other pets we have had over more than 20 years that have been cared for by the Surgery.
Yesterday, a beautiful bunch of flowers arrived with the kindest words in memory of Chance.   Thank you all so much the thought is so greatly appreciated.

We recently bought a puppy and decided to bring her to Kingsway Veterinary Centre. She had her 2nd vaccination and first check up there. The staff including Nurse Libby and Colette the Veterinarian I believe are there names, were helpful, professional and above all super friendly. Keep up the great work Thanks Stella

Been going here for so many year's. Every single vet is friendly, compassionate, patient. Receptionists very friendly and welcoming. It is always spotless and always smells clean. Wouldn't take our FURBABIES anywhere else.

Staff are great, caring and knowledgable however I have had to follow-up with the surgery for test results for my pets on at least 4 or 5 occasions.

I took my pet in with an issue with a test ordered and did not hear back for two days. I followed this up with staff who asked if it's okay to wait until Monday for results while the Dr who did call me back was encouraging further testing.

So did my pet need the additional test or not?

I've also received multiple emails with (insert pet's name here) and (insert owners name here). I'm all for generic emails, I don't think its too much to ask to be addressed and my pet addressed.

Although those have been the most painful days of my life, I am here to recommend the best team of professionals and amazing people at the Kingsway Veterinary Centre.

Last Tuesday I lost my beautiful angel

Maggie was the most adorable, loyal and loved dog I know. She was our little baby, everywhere we went she was there too. She travel a lot, enjoyed numerous parties at friends house, she even would go to work with us at our restaurant.

Maggie was a fighter too, She was born with a heart murmur, she developed pulmonary hypertension, she head both femurs head removed, but even with all that she lived a great and with a few limitations a healthy life.

To make sure she had a quality life despite her health problems we counted on a great help from the most amazing team at Kingsway Veterinary Centre. Every time she was there (quite often I most say) the whole team went above and beyond to make sure Maggie always had the best chances, best treatments and best life.

She lived the most amazing 12 years I am sure and Kingsway Vet have been with us for 8 of those years.

We must agree that the 5 last years of Maggie's life were quite challenging as she had some serious illness but we are very lucky to say she lived a joyful and pain free life.

In the very end Kingsway Vet team even called the emergency Maggie was at to get information on how she was coping. Even without telling them Maggie had passed away we were sent beautiful flowers & card, supporting us in the most sad days we have lived so far.

To everyone in the team know we will be forever grateful for your kindness, expertise and love. Thanks for being so amazing, we certainly would not have made that far without you ️

Great friendly service. Im happy I changed from my old vet centre to Kingsway. Staff are amazing especially with the fur babies.

Thorough, caring and reasonably priced veterinarian clinic. They don't rush you and take the time to really understand the full picture and leave no stone unturned. You can tell they truly care about animals - my dog loves coming here!

Excellent, friendly, caring service. Unfortunately I had to see my baby off over the rainbow bridge but the staff were so caring and compassionate. They gave me all the time I needed and made sure things were handled in the least intrusive way. They were very careful and treated my cat with love and respect the entire time. You can see they love animals. Should I ever need a vet in the future I would not hesitate to come back here.

I have been going to kingsway vets for the last 15yrs.and honestly they are the best team.all of them including the receptionist. The compassion they show towards my fur baby is amazing.they explain everything in easy to understand language. I completely trust them.wouldnt go anywhere else.

Friendly staff who tried their best to help my Grandma's lil bird Lucy.

Unfortunately the vet discovered she had cancer.
Lucy didn't survive and passed away 2nights after.

I was extremely impressed with the veterinarian who checked over my dog on the weekend. He was welcoming, friendly, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail to me and answer all my questions. I was also surprised when it came to paying the bill as I was expecting to pay a lot more as I had done at my last vet clinic I will definitely be returning.

Very caring and welcoming environment. The vets have always explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and have made us feel confident in the decisions we've made. Jax actually gets excited when we pull into the carpark, he loves all of the positive attention he gets from everyone here!
