Dr Greg Murphy is such a wonderful guy. Very experienced and always happy to help. Best doctor out.

This was our family centre for years, but due to staff incompetence, negligence and reception being rude on numerous occasions, we changed practise. Recently, I needed something quick and urgent, and as my regular practice didn't have any free appointments that day, decided to Kingsway MC. But nothing has changed, it just became worse. The receptionist (who by the way looked more like working in spray tan salon) first gave me a lecture on how I need to book online with my full name, not short. Never had that issue with the other practice. Then at the payment, the account receptionist asked me if I will be paying with savings or credit card. I normally use credit card, so said I'll use that. I was surprised she didn't ask me for my Medicare card, as they do in other medical services. Anyway I asked if they can put a claim to Medicare directly, she looked at me surprised. Then she said that because I paid with credit card, they can't, which is rubbish as Medicare don't care how you pay, as long as you have savings account registered with them. Which I do, and has been claiming like this for five years in various medical services. When I explained that to the account receptionist, she started being unpleasant and said that she asked me how I will be paying and because I didn't say savings she can't put a claim. Rubbish. She said I need to go to Medicare to clailm. Again rubbish, as you can do it online. So I felt quite upset and didn't want to argue anymore.
I wish they up their game, as there are some good doctors and nurses there. Dr Haygarth was really good to explain the illness and why he had chosen the approach (I would do exactly the samefor my patients)

Thanks to Kingsway medical and there failure to book appointments when asked to over the phone or online, my girlfriend has had a UTI spread into a kidney infection and has now gone into Emergency. 2 days trying to get appointments and getting confirmations with no knowledge of bookings after receiving confirmation. Please go somewhere else if you value your health. The admin have failed the people that need the help the most.

Took my 3yr old to see Dr Oki who was great, very thorough and gentle with my son, he was also bulk billed. Went back a week later to follow up as we were going away, we seen Dr Yule as Dr Oki wasn’t available. All he needed to do was check my sons ears and provided a prescription for antibiotics in case we needed it, he then charged us full payment for an appointment that took 2mins following up from Dr Oki’s diagnosis. I was always under the impression that kids under 16 were bulk billed but apparently not and can be up to the Dr and how they feel on the day which is disgusting. When questioned the receptionist just said when I booked online it said they are a private billing practice and basically too bad. If you’re a private billing practice that’s fine but even when I’ve been to other private billing practices which seems to be most these days, my kids have always been bulk billed. If your surgery is not the same, might be a good idea to also note kids are also privately billed instead of Dr’s being able to make it up as they go.

. Disappointed how much this clinic has changed. Patient care and management even followups seems to be a secondary. Very disappointed. Not very good for the patient. Good that reception has a new desk area its very flash.

My family and I have seen many doctors at this practice and have never had a bad experience. They are all very kind & caring, particulary Dr Yules who goes above & beyond for his patients.

Received outstanding care when I attended this medical centre. Doctor Matabang and the supporting nurses were especially friendly, thorough and personable during my visit.

This is not right charging a disabllty penchine and age penchine for seeing a doctor this not right if you want charge them $40 is reasonable not 70 you don't understand what is like for them to live thro change your ways thanks

I reckon this place is great. Heaps of doctors, so there’s not a huge wait before you can get an apt, always on time! Dr Yules is outstanding. Extremely considerate, very caring, informative, attentive, reassuring. Best dr I’ve seen in Perth so far.

Similar to the previous review, I am so lucky to have found Dr Vanessa Matabang at this practice. She is such a great example of what all GPs should be like! She is warm, caring and always so thorough, and takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new GP! She is amazing and would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

It's 7: 30 am have been holding on the phone for more than 15 minutes and still no response! I do not believe there is a queue of so many people of the phone or in person that it takes them 15 minutes to answer the phone!

I have finally found an amazing female doctor: Dr Vanessa Matabang. I am very impressed with her knowledge and bedside manner and feel she spends a lot of time and consideration during each of her consultations. They are a great length of time and every concern I have is addressed. I highly recommend her and am thankful I have found her. I've also never had to wait for long periods of time to see her.

The one star is for the reception staff. If it was for the lovely drs and nurses it would be a 5. We have an autistic child who is very active and despite our efforts he can be loud. The short haired reception lady always stares at us like we should not be there and makes us anxious and Allround makes the experience of waiting horrible. I have medical issues which leaves me unable to where a mask. I have a medical certificate and while one reception lady was saying that was ok she barked over her that we would have to wait outside, which I refused. I will not be treated differently because of medical matters particularly when I have the relevant documents. I was furious. The other reception ladies are great but she consistently shows that she has no compassion for other people and does not deserve her job

I would give zero stars if I could. I might not be right but I always assumed children are always bulk billed. And I also thought it was a either a bulk bill clinic or not. Not some doctors in the clinic do and some like a new Bmw every year! So my son who I had my mum take in this morning because as a single mother I couldn't afford a day off work was turned away because my mum didn't have the money.
A 6 YEAR OLD IN PAIN WAS SENT AWAY!

I have been going to this centre for about 15 years, I have a very good doctor, that is the only reason. Lately the front desk staff have taken over the centre. The Doctors don't know, or care, what happens out there.
The staff are the rudest, most hostile and inefficient people I have ever come across. I tried to phone for a whole week, they won't answer the phone I had to travel 50 kl to try and get a repeat prescription for my wife, who is in a wheelchair, and in extreme pain. The woman at the front desk said she would pass the message on to the relief Doctor, and we would have to come to the centre again, I asked why they wouldn't answer their Phones, and she said they were too busy. The last 3 times I have been to this centre there have been no more than four patients in waiting room. They say they will not tolerate abuse, but it's alright for them to abuse patients. While they are in conversation with each other, which seems to be most of the time, they just ignore you, as if you weren't there.

Told don't be late, the doctor doesn't like patients to be late. No problem, perfectly understandable. Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time, early enough to fill out new patient paperwork and still an easy 10 to 15 minutes before my appointment. An hour later, the doctor wasn't even made aware of me waiting.
No communication between counter staff and doctors, won't be returning.

Just received a phone call to tell me that the charge for a Saturday morning is $110.
What the?
Is that called price gouging
