Have been seeing dr hendry for a couple of years now. Good doctor. Reception staff are sooooo rude. I coughed while waiting at the desk and was taken to a store room and told to wait in there like a dog. I wasn't sick just needed some blood work done. Will never be back there.

Dr Fran Connolly has been my gp for over 10 years. She is always very professional, knowledgeable, caring and patient. I trust her completely and highly recommend her.

All the reception staff here are friendly and helpful.

Came here on a Saturday, dr didnt do anything.there’s nothing that will help apparently and ill start getting better.paid $90 for a 2 min appointment only to now be getting worse! Have to now try find another doctor, pay more money i dont have and hope im better before my very important meeting i have next week!

I have been seeing Dr Pete Connolly for several years and without a doubt he is the most amazing Dr I have ever had. I suffer from 2 serious autoimmune disorders and Dr Connolly always has my best interest at heart. I am never rushed and Dr Connolly always listens to my concerns and acts accordingly. He constantly thinks outside the box when it comes to my health care. So wonderfully refreshing to have someone so kind and caring when often in society today you can get treated in such an off-handed manner. Appalling experience with the husky voiced receptionist on my first appointment and then my final appointment. Dr P Connolly (whom I have been seeing for over a decade) backed up the appalling treatment and would not review my care plan over the phone and told me to take it up with Medicare. Dr Connolly also told me that I was made aware of this when I asked to make the appointment a telephone consult and he knew this because the receptionist had left a note in my booking, the receptionist did not tell me that I would not be able to have my review. I didn’t want to attend the clinic after recovering from covid followed by the flu twice because I don’t want to be unwell again. Medicare do provide a phone service for this review however the doctor refused to do so over the phone even though he had just seen me in May. Be aware that the receptionist was able to see my medical history which was brought to my attention when she said “you have already had covid you can’t get it again”
The practice manager did listen to my complaint with compassion but did make it clear that she can’t make the doctor do the review even if Medicare do have an item number for the type of care plan review I required.

I recently had a great experience at Kingsley Woodvale Medical Centre. The Practice Manager was very welcoming. The nurses relaxed my child for her vaccination. Highly recommend.

Thankyou Dr Hendry. 8/12/21. I had some fluid on the knee for a while. The fluid was taken out, anti inflammatory put in place. The next day was awsome. Walking normally with only a light pain. Couldn't walk much up till then. Thankyou again. The wait. Isn't that bad. People complain, but some patients take a little longer than normal. Just deal.

Dr Andre Cronje brilliant family GP. Compassionate, professional, intelligent and caring. Five stars.

Lady on the phone was horrible needed my medical details for my unbearable pain in my fractured spine and for the major operation on my broken leg and collar bone! But would not send it too my new practitioner before my consult leading to absolutely no way they could know the exact details of my injuries and will force me too book another consult asap as I'm in unbearable pain. She was very rude and unconcerned with the condition I am in and has left a very bitter taste on a once highly recommended medical center.

Recently met with Dr Beckhurst for a vasectomy. Dr Beckhurst made me feel comfortable and kept a professional manner the entire time. He was very knowledgable and explained everything to me in an easily understandable manner. The entire procedure wasn't painful or uncomfortable and there were nil issue with the after care. I would highly recommend Dr Beckhurst to anyone considering this procedure.

Dr Martin is the most compassionate, thoughtful doctor I have ever met. She really cares about her patients and will do everything in her power to help to her utmost ability. You never feel rushed, she makes time and really listens to you. I am grateful for the assistance she has given me and continues to offer for me to overcome my health issues. Thank you so much. You are highly valued by your patients.

Dr Beckhurst and Dr Martin are amazing. I found them to go the extra mile with my healthcare. If I can get an appointment with either of these, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was not happy at the level of service provided on my last appointment. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told that the wait would be around 30 mins. I asked if they could call next time if there was going to be any significant delays. They said in a very curt manner that they do not ring people for delays. This would be the case even if they were running an hour behind. I do not believe this is a good model, I for one would appreciate a txt or call if there was going to be a significant delay with appointment bookings. Not withstanding the large delay, I felt my suggestion was disregarded by the reception staff straight away. However on the plus side the doctor was fairly good.

Dr Cronje is a gem. Dr Bredemeyer is the worst Dr I've ever experienced. Cold, harsh, no bedside manner, misdiagnosis. Wouldn't take a dog to see her.

Need to be more clear that they DON'T BULK BILL. And not tell you after your appointment, which I waited an hour over my booked timed. Pffft. Pass.

Wanted me to pay $130 for an apt to be asked come back tomorrow so she could 'get to know me better' before fleecing me further!

Really friendly staff, were able to fit us in last minute on a Friday afternoon for stitches and saved a trip to the hospital. Free follow up to remove stitches.
Really happy. Would recommend.
