Very long and extended wait times. Arrived early for my appointment. Took over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. Doctor very disengaged

Had to wait an hour inspite of booking an appointment. Dr Azadeh was running late, receptionist could call us to not be on time but they didnt care. All other patients were also waiting for 45 min and complaining. What a waste of time. Had prior appointments with Dr Trisha but didnt experience such issue.

Been attending this practice for years and never had any issues. Great staff, doctors and nurse. Highly recommended.

Doctor Katie Castopolous (not sure how it's spelt) is one of the most caring doctor's I've been to. Really listens.

I have been going to Kingsley family practice and seeing Dr Katie for 2 years now. I have really appreciated her and found her to be extremely supportive and thorough.
I have been seeing Dr Katie throughout this current pregnancy (I’m 13 weeks now) after having a miscarriage previously.
I had a blood test and ultrasound (referred by Dr Katie) sent to the practice, unbeknownst to me she was no longer at the practice. I found this out when I called to book in a follow up appointment with her. The receptionist just said “she’s no longer with us”. I was not notified and quite frankly I don’t want to go and see a male doctor to discuss my results. But alas, when I asked them to access my results without an appointment they said that would cost $55 because of “labour time”. Sure Karen.
The management did an extremely poor job dealing with this “transition” and I would not recommend going there because of management.

Doctor Katie Castopolous (not sure how it's spelt) is one of the most caring doctor's I've been to. Really listens.

Dr Jun Sup Leem is a fantastic doctor, he is very trustworthy and respectable of his patients. I would particularly recommend the younger generations to see him as he can put you on the right track if you are unsure about a particular issue and/or need a second opinion.

Dr jun sup leem would not continue the referal of my care plan. Told me I had to go to my original doctor for that (which is not the case) any gp can.
Also the receptionist was rude and mouthy about me being 4 minutes late even though I called ahead saying I would be.

Sheng Chao was really good. He performed a small surgical procedure for me - he had a friendly manner and after stitches were removed I had almost no scarring.

Dr Hales is a really caring and kind doc. I really recommend her. Also I feel the tv makes people nervous and twitchy I reckon having nice chilled radio music in the day would make people feel more relaxed and just have some afternoon cartoons for the kids.

Great practice. I see Dr. Law, and he's absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable, smart and mature, even in embarrassing situations. Bravo

Great doctors and the nurse practicioner is excellent. Usual long waits when its busy but you get this everywhere.

I have found Dr Manal Rezakalla to be caring and professional. I take this opportunity to Thank you for sending me for the appropriate tests that enabled a correct diagnosis and subsequent referral for surgery and treatment.

Doctors at this practice are thorough & listen to you. Wonderful people! Joan Speed the nurse is friendly, caring an absolute gem.
Fantastic Practice.

Fantastic doctors especially Manal Rezkalla and Sheng Chao. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that is unimportant when you are seeing top notch professionals.
