The staff there were extremely helpful and offered an honest opinion about what suited my body shape.

An aggressive Karen was lying in wait and confronted me and berated me and my small child for daring to park in one of the three empty bays at the rear of her shop at 9am in the morning while dropping off a car the adjacent mechanic's (who would of course, move the car immediately into their shop). She then called the mechanic and lied to them. Thankfully an independent witness was there who corroborated my version. Quite unreal.

I recommend that you stay clear of this shop. The manager appeared to me to be unwell - if you have any sort of issue I very much doubt you're going to get a satisfactory conclusion.

Excellent service, both Marianne and Rae, were very helpful and demonstrated great product knowledge. There is also a great range and variety of business and casual clothes for us bigger men.

Hard to find. In fact coming from Collier Pass, there is no signage. Very good customer service and advice even when busy. I always stop by when i'm in the area

Always good to shop. Expensive in some areas but you only get what you pay for. However one particular brand of jumper won't last a wash. It is made in China and when woven will hole out like moths have been at it. When woven the threads are joined together with spit, water, a glue etc. So when washed the jumper holes out. I have had 2 like this a was told it was moths. The lady in the shop would not listen. I was in the garment industry and seen jumpers made. But i still shop there because of variety for my bulky self. Jumpers of one particular brand are a no no.

Very expensive for low quality clothing, brought a pair of shorts for 90.00 for them to rip within 8 weeks. Poor quality hemmings.

Went to the Joondalup store last Saturday to fit out our son with some clothes ànd had the nicest people to deal with. Very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. This is the second time we have been here and enjoyed the same high level of customer service yet again.
