Kings Transport

Between IKEA and Kings Tpt, my wife and I have been made to wait for 3 seperate days for a damaged item to be picked up and the replacement dropped off. Such a waste of my time off work and lots of frustration.

Had the sweetest gentlemen deliver my ikea kitchen to my home! The nicest guys you’ll meet. Very happy with the service! Called me prior to arriving and came nice and early. Appreciate it guys!

They do not meet the deadlines and give inaccurate information to clients regarding the location and transport of parcels, 3 days parcel delayed.

The worst service! They are rude and helpless. Called me on arrival to home and assured they had called me earlier but i had no any missed calls. Then refused to wait 10-20minutes and gave me ultimatum: they will drop at front door (on street) or will cancel delivery with no refund!

Excellent Service
We had two lots of furniture from Amart to be delivered in Safety Bay, one on a Saturday and the other on the following Tuesday. Both deliveries were done by two different men. Friendly and helpful, yet worked fast and efficiently. Both times I was phone called to say they’d be at my home in about 30mins. I loved their tracking app on my phone too, felt like I was stalking my delivery Fabulous work guys, couldn’t be happier

Appalling. Delivery window was 12-3pm. At 3pm I got a message they will be here in 20-50 minutes. You’re ONLY job is delivery and logistics. Do your job and plan the deliveries correctly. Not recommended.

Had a delivery of a large item purchased through Rebel Sport in Midland.
FYI: Only one man will deliver a 140kg item, and they won’t take away the pallet it comes on (minor inconvenience).
And then if you help the man to move the item, you are then taking responsibility for any damage caused. They are shocking with their customer service, they never return calls or leave messages if you miss them. Didn’t even phone us before the delivery came which was meant to be in the morning and it didn’t rock up until after 3pm.
Now I’m stuck with a pallet I have no use for,
damaged tiles through my house that are “our fault” even though it was not emphasised to us about the delivery only being “store to door”, and a very bad experience.

Extremely disappointed with Kings Transport. Questioned overcharge to start with. Charging prices which do not match up with their price list. Adding admin and fuel charges without advising the customer of changes. The Accounts department do not listen to the customer. WORST transport company ever. Our Company will never use Kings Transport again.

Worst transport company ever, don't answer calls - your drivers don't pick up calls, no customer service. Customers are kings. You will lose your contracts as your customer service is just shocking. Will write a formal complaint and advise Ikea, to utilise Toll instead, atleast they are renowned for service and delivery. Don't use this company if your a client or individual

Kings Transport delivered some furniture to our house from Amart. They were very prompt and the two guys actually put the furniture upstairs for us as well.and when they were on their way, we could track the transport truck by GPS on my smartphone, so you knew when it was going to arrive.fabulous service!

Fast, efficient, friendly and reliable. Have been a happy customer for years. Would recommend their services to all.
