Kings Park Motel

Had to come up to Perth from Bridgetown for surgery, and decided to book into the Kings Park Motel to make getting to the hospital the next day an easier experience. The hotel is a little on the older side, but couldn't be more perfect for someone needing accommodation near Sir Charles Gardiner and Hollywood Private. The rooms are extremely clean, but the bed was a little soft for our tastes, but there's a great range of local restaurants who will deliver to the motel and it's generally quite comfortable.

Room has a very pleasant clean smell to it as soon as you open the door. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Clean and tidy

We went to Perth to meet up with family and to inter my wife's Dad's ashes. We were not able to see him before he died or attend the funeral because of the insane COVID restrictions imposed by the authorities in both states.

Great little find right opposite to kings park comfy bed spotless clean. Lovely pool. Continental breakfast available. Rooms have everything needed.

We stayed overnight on 30 Dec 2022. The host was very helpful.
There is no designated parking (for motorist) although the motel has plenty of parking. It is well located in Perth. The rooms are clean, well maintained and properly equipped for overnight stays. Great place to stay.

Friendly staff, handy location, our room got park view, lush green, very pleasant. Nice stroll down to Subiaco. Cleanliness and comfy. Good value for money.

I booked well in advance as we were attending a concert nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful when I asked about local restaurants.
The room was clean and pretty standard for this type of motel. I ventured into the pool area as it was a warm day. It was clean and tidy and the water was lovely. I'd suggest a few more chairs though as the few that were there had all been taken.

Overall, it's a decent motel in a good location. Great for an overnighter when needed.

The owners were really friendly and helpful making bookings and checking in really easy. The rooms are very comfortable and reasonable priced compared to other hotels in the area. They have a well maintained pool, lounge area, and laundry. It's also in a great location across the road from the beautiful Kings Park and Botanical Gardens, and there's a bus stop close by for a short ride to the city. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Just a lovely place to stay with kings park straight across the Rd and very close to the city. Pool very clean

I enjoy staying here as the rooms are comfortable with a home away from home feel at a reasonable price. The motel is located across from Kings Park. There is ample parking for guests and easy access to Thomas Street. Staff are very approachable and helpful. The shops and cafes in the Subiaco area are also a short drive away. Rooms are quiet and have been updated. There are numerous family rooms available.

Cute little rooms, very clean neat and tidy, perfectly positioned for a night or 2 stay to sight see.
Just to be aware of you plan on staying out late with your car you may have to park off site as there isn't enough parking for everyone.

Clean and comfortable rooms, pillows flat and hard, not enough power points for charging devices and tight parking. Close to SCGH & SJOG hospitals

This is a great location, we were able to find a late dinner in Subiaco before we tumbled into our lovely comfy bed. The room was freshly decorated- don't let the old style of the buildings worry you, the rooms are great. Our room was bright and welcoming, with good pillows and blankets for the QS bed. The bathroom was modern, clean and a reasonable size, with a good hot water supply. We checked in late and the process was easy. We could even have ordered breakfast, if we had wanted. We will recommend Kings Park Motel to our visiting friends.

The reason we chose to stay here is because it is very conveniently located to the major hospitals. However, we were surprised to find that this is a nice property with good facilities and very adequate rooms. Not far away in Shenton Park are some of Perth's best food and wine places. The other convenience is public transport right outside the door if you need to godown to the city or elsewhere. Lots of parks (including THE park [Kings Park]) nearby.

Service was brilliant. The gentleman at the counter was quick with any questions and the room was lovely to stay in. Close to everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Excellent from Service desk with friendly faces and ever so helpful staff nothing to hard for them. The cleaners do an amazing job, can always tell the freshly cleaned room. We have stayed many times due to hospital visits for my husband, so close I can walk to SCGH, we will be back Thankyou next visit hopefully just nice place for time out.

Perfect 3 night stay, clean, comfortable easy to reach major hospitals, happy staff willing to help me push my ute back out onto the street when I had a problem with my gears, perfect family, pool
