Delicious food, great service and when we left something behind they caught up with us down the street - quite a way - to give it back to us.

Hands down the best This food I've had outside of Thailand, Darwin was such a good host, the place is spacious and very clean, authentic tom yum going, handmade sprigrolls, tender chicken in the green curry and the flavours in the Pad thai were amazing. Oh and make sure you order the ice tea. Thanks for such a good meal, see you again soon.

Came here for my Dad's 70th birthday. The service was prompt and friendly. Then the food came and it was so tasty. If you live near Guildford then the king and I is a must.

Great food, prices and takeaway. Curry puffs ate delicious and the chicken fried rice is surprisingly good by itself. Very good service and never had an issue.

Taste wise, fantastic, the real traditional Thai cooked. Price wise, it is over priced for the ambience and surroundings. And it is very very noisy, we didn't enjoy much our dinner because of the noisy, inconsiderate, ill mannered customers next to our table. We will not go back. The waiters are ok.

Beautiful restraunt inside a heritage listed building, the food is fantastic and staff were very friendly and accomidating. Will definitely be returning.

Their food is like going to heaven and back. Never disappoints even if they do miss something on the menu when ordering with Uber eats. Our go to place for a good Asian feed. Ignore what the rest of the peasants say about the food costing too much, you pay for what you get in this world and if you want good tasting food you must pay for it.

The ambience is in keeping with their food. Thai. It's really nice. The service is excellent. Their hanging artwork is spekky. The food is always special! The prices reasonable considering the overall quality.

I have been to the King and I alot and have always been happy with the meals. Tonight I ordered delivery with Uber, 1 beef salad, the dressing was nice, but the beef was very, very, tough. So tough it was inedible. This hasn't put me off as 1st time I haven't been happy.

Really not sure how they can justify such a small takeaway container of Masaman curry for $17! It tastes really good but felt ripped off for such a small serving.

Good service, tasty food, decent portions. A little more expensive than most, but would go back again.

Just walked out without our meals as the waiting time was over an hour. Upon query, was advised of busy-ness and no response when told people after us got served. Waitstaff made no eye contact when attempting to find out length of time. It would have been easier if an apology was received and encouraged to return to our table but no people skills. This makes sense as to why they have not received an increase in recognition for 8years

Watch the parking here. Our car was broken into after we parked down the side street. Extensive menu. Food 7/10.

Great food, staff are always friendly and professional. Have been going here for 3 years now and never been disappointed.

A favourite of ours for many years, luckily the kids favourite too. We love the golden bags and the flying duck special is a family favourite too. Always busy and booking is recommended but the service is swift, polite and friendly.

Very nice place. Decor is beautiful and they gave a few gold plate awards. Parking out back is tight and few spaces. The food itself was terrific and the price was very reasonable. Large selection to choose from. Definitely go.

The Kingv& I is somewhat of a family favourite. We always feel welcome here, and they have a great selection of dishes to choose from.
