This place is a pretty cool concept it was very quiet when we were there and if it wasn't for other customers ringing the service bell we probably would have been standing around waiting for service all night apart from that the food was good

Friday night only 1 waiter, service was very slow but that wasn't the Waiters fault.

Absolutely loved this place. Come bring your family or your mates and enjoy your meals.you will love it.atmosphere is on point.

After a hard day of having a cancelled flight and my next flight being grounded it was nice to be in a relaxing atmosphere, with a friendly helpful waiter who explained the menu to us newbies, the food was absolutely delicious, good music topped off with a great choice of alcoholic beverages, which was wonderful especially after the crazy day I had.

We went for dinner with family and kids. The vibe was cozy, can get a bit smoky from cooking but not too bad. We did not have any bbq grill issue, the meat was nice to taste. Overall it was worth the experience and we will be back.

After reading the bad reviews I thought I need to give this place a go!
So we decided to go for dinner tonight and try out the bbq for our selves… all I can say is wow! From the moment I walked in, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, taking us to our seats and gave us an iPad, we ordered the combo for 2.
The free sauces and sides came quickly which they offered us more when they saw it was empty and the dishes came out after that in a very short time frame.
I am not sure what previous reviewers were talking about … we certainly didn’t wait anywhere over 10 mins for our meat!
We were extremely happy with the quality of the food and the prices.
I think people need to realise that meat isn’t a cheap protein and if you want cheap food stay home and cook for yourself and dirty your own kitchens!
We will definitely be back!

if you like “King Hotpot” you will like “King BBQ “ Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, the Manager S. K was amazing. The kids really enjoyed their experience barbecuing their own meat and veggies

The restaurant is newly opened for 3 weeks. Not fully set up. Food was wayyyy tooo over prices. Average $25-30/plate of only a very small portion of meat. Service were nice but very slow. We paid $78 and barely fill us up. Gotta grab some food afterwards. Would never come back.

We first sat down with one other table in the restaurant.we sat there for ten minutes wondering where our menus are and if the dude was brining them, then had to press the bell multiple times for him to actually come and talk to us instead of walking past us, which happened multiple times during the night.asked about the menu to find out he just forgot.we ordered the Pork Combo for the BBQ. In the meantime waiting for our food other tables came in, ordered and received there food before us.its not like they were busy as there were multiple staff standing in front of the kitchen door doing nothing.we ended up waiting about 30 minutes for our frozen meats and kimchi hotpot to arrive. Im not sure if the meats were held back due to the kimchi hot pot cooking but I would make sure to give the meats at the start while cooking the hotpot next time as 30mins for uncooked food is a bit ridiculous when the place had a max of 5 tables at this time now.

Also I find the positive reviews for this place very suspicious.feel like they are fake accounts since they only have one review which is for this place giving it 5 stars.but who knows, maybe they are legit and im wrong.

Been to this restaurant 2 times and every time the food is great. Service is excellent. Staff friendly

This is a self-cook barbecue restaurant and it still took over 30 minutes for our table to receive our food.
The barbecue hot plates do not get hot enough and so the food becomes boiled instead of barbecued.
The meat itself was unseasoned and often poor cuts of meat.
Having spent approximately $350 amongst 6 people there is an expected level of quality which was not met.
This establishment has a long way to go before it is serviceable.
I recommend changing the hotplates to allow the meat to barbecue and to season the meat as a priority if you want this business to continue.

We ordered a pork combo and a beef tenderloin. Meat quality is poor, frozen and taste extremely bad. The barbeque grill was no way close to be a “grill”, meat was more steam-cooked with the the remainder heat not “barbecue”. Sorry not recommended!
