Kindy Dance Time - Floreat

I just wanted to share how thrilled we have been with Kindy dance time classes at Floreat! Miss Lanie is truly magic! Her capacity to warmly engage the kids and make them feel welcome and safe to freely express themselves is incredible, and her enthusiasm and animated expression was so lovely for the kids to see. It was SO refreshing to find a class that warmly welcomes and involves parents and family members, and respects children to decide when they are ready to join in (and let’s them know that staying by mum and watching is also completely ok). I have tried several dance classes for little kids and this one clearly stood out as the only one that truly honored kids self expression in allowing them the freedom to choose how they want to dress, and how they want to move and dance. The children often squealed with delight as they pranced around the room pretending to be various animals and circus performers and Christmas characters, and their delight was infectious to the adults watching on. So thank you and well done to Miss Lanie and the Kindy Dance Time team for bringing such a wonderful dance experience to life!
