My dear puppy is dying next to me from parvo.they're closed and won't be open until wednesday because their holidays matter more then our pets innocent lives.my poor baby Mae could have been saved but now she has to wait in pain to cross the rainbow bridge and there's nothing i can do but watch & try to comfort her.i hope your day comes quicker.

They fitted Bindi in (my dog) that same day for the groomers as they had a cancellation which was lucky, took the proper time and care as Bindi is very anxious and she looks beautiful! Can not recommend enough!

I am a traveller with 2 little dogs. I took my pup for it's 16 week vaccination. The female vet was lovely to my dogs and myself. We discussed the various issue of travelling with pets. Great advice and didn't push unnessary treatment.

My dog went into the kennel x 2 at the vet while we did sightseeing tours The first day he was ok The 2nd day I took treats to give him Sadly they were still in his bowl when we picked him up
He was so pleased to see us but he cried and cried was so distressed it took some time to settle him We have put him a different kennel overnight and yes he was pleased to see us but was not distressed was well looked after had been given the treats we supplied
I also asked could I get a script for ear drops that he had previously had Was told yes $25 for a script then charged $100 Very disappointing

Called in for tick and flea tablets and wormers for our 2 dogs. First time in here and impressed with the feel of the place, cleanliness etc

Friendly staff and extremely helpful staff.

Took our dog there for an ear infection, provided heaps of information as we are new to the area.

We had been having difficulties with our dog's micro chip, they scanned it gave the number to us. Whilst we were waiting for the vet they got online and completed the paperwork for us.

We are getting a new puppy and have no hesitation to go back.

Over priced. Poor reputation. Residents are known to drive 5 hours to Katherine NT for thier pets treatment. Unsanitary conditions. Only vet in town.

We are just passing through on our travels but all the staff made us feel like we had been coming there for ages they spent time with our 2 little ones. The vet was great with their treatments, thank you all for your kindness

Worst treatment of our dog ever. After leaving our dog there at 9am got back after 1pm and he was left outside in 38C under tree with an open wound. If they could not attend to him or have a clean inside kenel for him, why make us bring him in that early, he could have stayed with us inside until needed. Stiches ended up 4 times larger than original wound?
