Came here for dinner at the bar and grill. What a fantasy experience! The food is soooooo much better than anything around the rest of Broome, including sunset bar at cable beach. The staff was so nice, and they treated us to dessert on the house. Cannot thank Jeremy and Amira enough for their generous hospitality and high quality of food. Will come back for sure!

Not a guest (only dined in at their restaurant).
Food was overpriced, and quality was even worse.

Ordered 4 dishes for $140 (no drinks) :
Porter House - 2/5
Duck - 1/5 (really tough, had an odd aniseed taste)
Beef cheeks with polenta chips - 4/5
Paw paw salad - 2/5

When we went to pay, the waitress asked how our meal. She offered us a complimentary shot of alcohol which we declined; we weren’t after compensation but thought it was odd to offer that to a family who didn’t order any alcoholic drinks during dinner.

Don’t waste your money here

This is not a 5 star resort…we have just stayed 3 nights here and I honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone. What is advertised on their website is not the experience we have had. The restaurant/bar is closed for their upcoming renovations, however we were not told this when booking, nor was their anything mentioned on their website about renovations. The gift shop is non existent as was the hot water. When we asked we were told to run the water (all taps) for 2-5 minutes before showering (so much for conserving water!), & it was because it had been so quite the system was not pushing water to our end of the resort. We are fortunate we had hired a car so we could venture out to get our meals as we couldn’t even get a cold drink to drink by the pool (as advertised!). The plus side is we spent a day poolside with 1 other person and didn’t have to fight for a pool spot.

So the 2 stars are for the private time we had by the pool with no interruptions (taking our own cold drinks purchased elsewhere) and the other for the view from the room, which was pretty, but as we know pictures don’t tell the whole story. The location was great to be near Cable Beach also, but I think we would of been better staying at the Caravan Park down the road where we could of at least walked to get meals. The price for this venue was overpriced considering the condition of the place & that everything it advertises was not operating. Very disappointing.

Beautiful clean rooms and resort.
Thank you for having us.
No breakfast on New Year’s Day for guests was disappointing. Surely a continental hamper could have been given to guests the night, before considering everyone still had breakfast included in their room rates and this wasn’t deducted? !
No instructions were given regarding the pin lock system to lock the gate between the pool and room outdoor areas.

Enjoyed the art & antipasto afternoon.such a relaxing place to be. The cool breeze I so enjoyed coming through the garden. Happy hour and cocktail service wonderful

If you're thinking of staying here, look elsewhere. Rooms and bedding are absolutely filthy, surfaces covered in grease not even wiped down along with toilet not even flushed. Management blamed it on the fact they recently purchased the hotel and have no money left to do anything. We sought accommodation elsewhere.

Our room was not clean on arrival so we were given another.it wasn't clean either the resort is 5-star and not cheap goodness knows why.the following odd things occurred:

Staff wandering around unfriendly and wearing earphones unable to hear or speak to guests.
Lack of coffee and tea replenishment over our 4-day stay.
People smoking in outdoor areas below our room.meant to be a smoke free area
People boozing in the pool and getting very loud during the day.

Nice hotel and good size room, nice pool area. We arrived in the evening and the place was deserted, including reception and there was zero ambiance. The restaurant was closed. We could not find anywhere to eat so went without dinner. We had an early start the following morning and the restaurant was closed again so went without breakfast as well.

Stay somewhere else. We arrived at 1000am and were told to come back at 200pm. I asked if we could secure our bags in the meantime and was told to put them on a cart near reception. They didn’t even secure them and I’m happy nothing was stolen. Put in wrong room (double) after asking for twin single. Eventually I’m correct room which hadn’t been pre-cooled. The room was tired. There was a hole in the floor, lights that didn’t work, broken switches and a tiny tv. Disinterested staff couldn’t even bring themselves to tell us where the. Is pick-up point was. Lucky I asked and was early enough to walk there, as the buses run every hour. 2 night stay without any service - not even supplying new coffee cups for our instant coffee. No tissues in room either. 5 stars? No. 3 stars? Maybe, but not even.

Thx for looking after us. The courtyard suite was excellent with its Miele kitchenette. Pool was divine.

Good location - walking distance to Cable beach. Rooms and pool area looking tired and in need of repair and maintenance. Not enough shade umbrellas and pool lounges dirty/mouldy. Should be 3 star hotel. Too expensive for what you get.

Quite a nice looking resort in which we had a good room with some confusing sophisticated light switches, but comfortable bed and fixtures A few rooms that had plumbing issues on the second floor were less than desirable with ongoing problems that management didn't handle too well. Most of the other staff were very friendly and helpful despite shortages of available staff to do all jobs as needed, like room service which we had to request on the 3rd day to empty bins, restock bathroom supplies and change towels. Disappointed we didn't get the advertised buffet breakfast and were served up cooked meals (that were cold) instead, in the bar area and not in the dining room. Although staff did reheat it on request and supplied cereal when requested. Below expected standard for this accommodation. Quite a few of our travelling companions were not overly impressed either.

Decent tropical atmosphere however rooms dirty and need maintenance. Curtains coming off rack and tattered towels, bathroom door doesn’t close! Limited staff numbers during the day and only 8am to 5pm reception. Don’t provide service to ring a taxi. Breakfast very limited and some basics not provided every day. Some staff very offhand and not interested in helping. Rooms serviced only every couple of days. For a supposedly five star establishment, not good enough!

5 star my arse, stayed 4 nights, room wasn't cleaned once, restaurant never open, dust and dirt all over rooms. Price is extortionate for what you get, which is just a room, no other service. Never again

Great place to stay. Ceiling fans, good air-conditioning, nice comfortable bed. Privare courtyard. Quite, good restaurant. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach

Fabulous in every way.
A true resort with fantastic views and wonderful facilities.
Staff are knowledgeable and friendly backed up by a terrific restaurant with a well thought out menu.
Highly recommend.

We are staying there at the moment, 4 days in and our room has not been serviced, can’t even buy a coffee there. Nearly $500 a night and it is a joke. Been locked out if our room 2 nights in a row and told them we needed clean towels and coffee and yet nothing
Would never recommend. Bar staff told us they were leaving in a week because it is so poorly run. Not even worthy of one star

We have arrived at the facility on 19th May around 1: 30pm, they said that check in is at 2pm in a very rude way after 5 minutes of waiting to acknowledge that we were there.
Staff were very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly.
We have been charged $445 just for a night but the environment wasn’t what we normally get for that amount of money.
Very unhappy with the money and time we wasted at this place

Had some issues with my stay in Kay in 2022

Refused to check us in until 10 minutes past 2 despite our room being ready.
Lady on the counter was ready quite rude and seemed annoyed by us wanting to get into our room

Breakfast isn’t available until after 8am and no drinks available by the pool until after 3pm is quite inconvenient.

No room service available and getting in at the restaurant takes up to 30 minutes with no one apologising for the wait or even acknowledging your presence

Rooms are nice but a little run down, lights are extremely dim, doors are jamming, damage to cupboards etc.just a lack of maintenance

All in all the stay wasn’t the end of the world but are much much better places in Broome for less money with much much better service.

Is very much a mutton dressed up as lamb situation here

Wendy & her staff were fabulous! The rooms were spacious & nice big bathrooms. Nice stroll to Cable Beach too. Beaitiful linen & fluffy towels as well.
