4Had an appointment with a Registrar who was rude and unprofessional and barely listened to me. Was also overcharged by this doctor. The receptionist was sympathetic, but the only suggestion was to email the same doctor, and I honesty don't want to have to deal with her attitude ever again. I've previously had good experiences with other doctors here, however will be avoiding the current Registrar at all costs. Eleanor Hudson you need to learn some compassion and improve your people skills if you ever want to be a decent doctor.
You don’t realise how fantastic this surgery was until you move away and have to go back to dealing with other surgeries. I never had a long wait at Kimberley medical, and every doctor there went well out of their way to make sure I was looked after. I miss it.
Currently elsewhere in Australia, having now waited over an hour for my appointment, and will end up seeing some GP who doesn’t really care. Kimberley medical group is an anomaly among GP surgeries and I wish more of them would follow their lead.
Good experience at this Dr surgery. They squeeze me in for 15 min appointment which I desperately needed. The dr was thorough, kind and quick. I am just visiting Broome for the week so was nice to be able to see a nice dr
I have been asking for a month for a digital copy of my doctor’s report and I have been ignored and ignored. I don’t know what’s going on but I wouldn’t recommend the clinic after that
