Nice restaurant with a lovely view. Staff are pleasant, and the menu is great. It was very hot dining in, and unfortunately this spoiled the experience for me. Otherwise I would give more stars.

Classic clean Chinese food. Always had lunch special. Can take a little time but he is a one man show. I recommend and have and will return

This place is amazing! Do not listen to any old bad reviews, the food is so good and great customer service. Will definitely be coming back often! Keep it up guys

Amazing food and service. Colouring in for the kids was a very good touch.definitely worth the 2 hour drive one way, will do it again without hesitation.

Food was OK, but phone ordered at 4: 30 for a 6: 00 pick up. Had to wait an extra 45mins for it to be ready. Other customers waited an hour.
Why take orders if you're over booked?

Beautiful food and service. The food is so fresh and the prices are very reasonable. The young ladies at the front counter are so welcoming and friendly. Have only had take away but was very impressed and would highly recommend this place.

Fried rice isn't fried, hardly any meat in the dished and the vegetables are of poor quality (bulk frozen scraps)

What a hidden gem! Such delicious Chinese, we didn't have a meal that we didn't like. So good we went there two nights in a row. The dim sims were handmade and delcious. Oh and it's BYO ️

Don't waste your money here. Honey chicken was actually dry and kway teow was tasteless despite being charged extra for spicy. They charged me an extra $3 to swap seafood for vegetables and to make it spicy (which it wasn't)! Disappointing, this place used to be good before the new owners.

Very disappointing, over priced for the quality of the food. Sweet and sour pork wasn’t to bad however I had bbq pork in oyster sauce tasted so watered down and could barley taste the oyster sauce, also way more vegetables then meat as well and for $21 for basically vegetables was not happy, fried rice very average and dim sims had a very strange taste

Delicious classic Chinese food. We had honey chicken, barbecued pork, rice and noodles. It was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Lady who answers phone calls is the rudest person. Learn how to communicate appropiatley to customers. Turned away from this place just from the rudness.

Was looking to have a nice Chinese meal. Kim Valley didnt disappont me at all. Went back the next week for take away.

Advertises as open for lunches 11.30 to 2pm everyday except Tuesday.
On arrival signs saying closed for lunches till further notice. A wasted trip, how about updating your website sometime?

The food not alot meat only a little bit too expensive for the price. Not come back any more and not enjoying the food.

Great meal. Had honey chicken with fried rice and on a separate occasion, sweet and sour fish with fried rice. Both amazing! Quick, friendly service. By far the best chinese restaurant around and one of the hidden gems in Perth.

Thought i would try this place as we always get Sun Hing. Well i wont be buying here again! That beef curry was terrible, the only curry part about it was curry powder. We received the wrong meals from what we ordered, and they sent Rice noodles instead of prawn crackers. But hey.they made $67 from me and will probably do the same to the next person.

Absolutely beautiful meal, ordered 5 different dishes from Sweet n Sour Pork to Special Fried Rice and everything was super fresh, large portioned and hot. 1st time we've eaten here and we'll be making this our regular Chinese Takeaway from now on

The pork was so crispy, it was like popcorn chicken, yum yum yum, The spring rolls had that authentic Chinese taste, The satay beef was pleasantly suprising, not the run of the mill greasy satay, it was delicious. The fried rice was light, and I don't feel heavy or tired.
Our delivery came quickly, the food was hot, and it stayed hot
