Kien strawberry farm reviews
22Website said open 8 am till 12 pm but after driving there with the family it was not open at all. Disappointing. We were not the only people left waiting, not good.
Kien's Strawberry Farm is a great destination for anyone looking to experience the taste of fresh, locally grown strawberries. Although the strawberries were not as juicy as expected, they were still a great treat for those who love the taste of fresh berries. In addition to strawberries, Kien's also offered bananas, which were of high quality and very sweet. At a price of just 5 AUD per kilogram, these bananas are a great value for anyone looking for a tasty and healthy snack. The farm also offers a peaceful and picturesque setting, making it a perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon surrounded by nature. Overall, Kien's Strawberry Farm is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for fresh, locally grown produce and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
A cheap way to get strawberries and a nice little experience. Staff were friendly, so we'd definitely go again!
The strawberry were not juice. May be these were not ripped fully. However they also had banana, each kg 5aud. These were very nice and sweet.
Great Family day out plus the little one had a blast munching on strawberries in the field. The pick your own tray was at $15 and the already picked at $20. The strawberries were so sweet and beautiful we went two weeks in a raw and we'll definitely go back next year.
Not recommend to pick strawberry here, very bad experience, unfriendly stuffs (stop us to picking the lane with bigger strawberries), basically pick your own strawberries all is very small cause the owner will picking the first few batches and let the customer picking the rest (very small strawberries). You may able to pick the bigger & nice if you r lucky. If you picking over the box level they will charges you another box! It was so ridiculous!
This strawberry farm sits on a slight hill, so take note if you will have difficulty walking up.
We all kids and adults had so much fun picking and eating the delicious strawberries, $15 per box, cash only. We’ll be back next year!
Wonderful experience! September is best time for picking. No entry fee.just pay for picking box.
There is still countless strawberries waiting to be picked atm. There are two areas in the farm. One is almost gone, but another one is still plenty of strawberries. Make sure you go to the right one.
Good strawberry farm to visit. We pay $10 for a box and just pick how many strawberries we want till the box is full. Most of the strawberries are pretty small, but if you look carefully, there will be still big ones. It was so much fun and we left there happily with a full box of strawberry. We will go back for sure
The first time we came here. Very nice farm. The strawberry is super sweet and fresh. Certainly we will visit again next seasons.
It is amazing place for me and my family.
To be honest, I went to another strawberry farm today, but there are so many people and I can't see the strawberries I want to pick, so I just bought strawberries.
It was really cramped without strawberries.
And when I came here, there were lots of strawberries in a large place, and the strawberry taste was also sweet.
Please come in.
I am really happy with the strawberry farm.
Nice farm pick up of good quality of fresh strawberries. It is making children learn how the farm life is it. Teaching them how does it reaches to is. A perfect weekend activity
We've been coming to this farm for years and they just keep getting better! We look forward to them opening for the season each year with their amazing strawberries and yummy local garlic. Super friendly staff and great prices. You do need to keep in mind it is a working farm and sometimes it's a bit of a walk in soft sand to get to the field that's open, so put your baby in a carrier not the pram, bring a toy tonka truck for your toddler to push their picked strawberries along in, pack water and wear a hat.
Open for strawberry picking on Saturdays only. Sweet strawberries and kept for almost a week in the fridge. The smaller ones were sweeter.
Super clean place! Had fun on weekend and a very nice experience. If anyone is going for the first time I highly recommend this place. You can buy a box for 15$ or fill your own box in just 10$.
I felt like a kid again! Loved it and for 10 dollars a box all you can pick what can I say! We froze ours then blended them into ice blocks and smoothies we have some away and ate the others! Definitely would go again good value for money and a good memory maker for the kids! I plan to go back again someday great weekend activity just make sure you slip slop slap and your good to go!
