Completed Intermediate Rigging here with trainer Gavin Johns. Very knowledgeable and happy to adjust teaching methods to suit different students int the classroom. I would highly recommended training here. Great location and easy to access.

Did my rigging course and must say one of the best trainings I got so far. Definitely made it accessible and a lot of practical training as well as information from real work site experience. Focussing on things you really need to know for the job. We were a big class of 12 people but had two extra trainers while doing practical assignments outside, both of which were really knowledgeable as well! All the time there was positive and constructive feedback and encouragement as well as a bit of joking and banter to lighten it up. Encouraging everyone to participate in class and outside, constant interaction with everyone.

I was a bit cautious because of the negative reviews of the trainers being sexist but did not experience that at all.

By far the worst training I've ever experienced.
I recently completed the gas test atmospheres MSMWHS217.
After 15 years in my trade this is hands down the worst training I've experienced. It was the first time our "assessor" had delivered the course and he constantly reminded us of that fact.
After listening to him mumble for an hour at the front of the freezing cold classroom he put on a training video video on a wall mounted TV with a busted speaker. He apologised and said sorry the sound is a bit funny, I pointed out all I could see was the reflection of fluro lights on the screen. After the brief video he asked us to complete the theory assignment.
All seven of the students struggled with the assessment as the questions weren't in the course content! Our teacher sat at the front of the classroom with a confused look on his face attempting to mark the first theory assessment for over an hour! He had to leave the classroom four times to ask the staff in the administration office for the answers. He told us the course content was still being finalised and the ladies in the reception will sort it out.
We all found it amusing when he tried to refer to a page on the theory booklet as there was no pages numbers although there was a summary on the second page with course content referring to page numbers

Two hours later he had finally finished individually marking each theory assessment, although we kept asking him to go through the questions as a group because we didn't know the answers. He kept telling us it was covered in the breif video thats why the information wasn't in the booklet. We pointed out it would be a more efficient use of time to go through the questions as a group but he avoided it as he didn't know the answers.

We then spent a few minutes using the gas detectors which he didn't know how to operate as he wasn't familiar with the brand they supplied for the "training".
He never figured out to how to turn on the sampling pump on one of the two detectors! After we all turned a detector on and off he signed us off and gave us our certificates.

It was no surprise they didn't supply the usual feedback form.

KI training thanks for robbing me of four and a half hours of my life. It was a memorable experience one of such incompetence I'm sure I'll never experience it again.

BTW everything we did in this course is covered in confined space training but in more detail, I can't see any purpose of the gas test atmospheres course.

Good training center, got my ticket so I am happy. Reception was helpful and easy. Could do without the comments from Paul to the class about females washing dishes or about how a man can say/do whatever to his female work colleagues after a few drinks… along with a few others throughout the day. Unprofessional and made me and the other women in the class cringe.

Today its not that I want to help you pass the course, the attitude is very bad,
I don't want to give a star.like watching a thief. I advise everyone else not to go

Very middle of the road would recommend or say don't go there either. Handy location and priced ok, as most of us are just looking for the ticket I would say yes use them. But if I wanted a serious course (and I only did basic fire extinguisher course, can't comment on other training) I would probably go elsewhere. With some improvements has potential.

I did my training courses with Adrian Riley, iv'e done 5 diferent courses and just booked in a 6th course with Adrian, because he is brilliant, thorough and very professional iv'e come back to KI training each time because of the high standards, attention to detail and Adrian's been really awesome.

KI training were very good in my experience.

I had the pleasure of attending a class run by Ben Roest. Ben is an intelligent character, who really animates your training experience.

Surprisingly, Terry from WAATA ridiculed KI training centre and Ben personally. Although, fortunately for KI, Terry from WAATA is quite limited intellectually. He suffers from narcissism, sociopathology, and also has a serious cognitive impairment. Therefore, it deters anyone from acknowledging his hostile monkey banter.

I preferred KI training all day!
