Every time i get Thai from here it is tasty and fresh small place very busy with take away orders patience required, just order ahead, peeps are so busy one must take this in consideration before turning into a critic!

Decided to order from Khao Thai following a recommendation from a friend. The spring rolls and fish cakes were very good. Fresh, and tasty. The Pad Thai was ok, but the prawns were a bit tough.

Now I always judge a Thai Restaurant by the quality of their Massaman curry. Unfortunately this one was a fail. The sauce was tasty, but too watery. The worst part about it though was the meat. It was supposed to be slow cooked beef, but this was completely dry! How it it even possible to slow cook some to the point of it turning to powder in your mouth, and tasteless powder at that?

You can’t fake a Massaman curry! You can’t cut corners on a Massaman curry! Places that batch prepare sauce and then chuck meat in at the end should be banned!

All the entrees were fantastic and fresh. The kids loved the fried rice and Pad Thai. The adults had the massaman and red curry also which were both superb!

First time here tonight. As promised the food was freshly cooked. The menu is simple but with a nice selection. We opted for the Spicy chicken wings, Crispy Pork Belly and Pineapple Fried Rice. The food was tasty with lovely flavours. My partner commented on how the pork tasted like fresh farm pork. Word of warning, the chilli's bite back.

Very impressed. LOVED the vegeterian satay and only had to wait 10min at peak time on a Friday night. Will be a new regular.

The Pad Thai was fantastic, the green curry was possibly the best I’ve ever had, perfectly spicy and the first time trying the peanut rice. Awesome!
Can’t wait to try the other dishes!

1st time takeaway and will not be back. Chicken in Fried Rice dish was hard and dry, rice was hard. Pad Thai noodles were just mush.

The Massaman Beef tender and flavoursome and the Spring Rolls had a nice little kick to them.

Service was friendly, I waited outside and the lady brought out my order quick smart.

Nice Thai food in Perth so far. Been tried twice and delivered the same quality of food. My partner and I are chefs and love it. It is worthy to taste if you have not been yet.

Tonight we really enjoyed our meal of Pad Thai, Pepper and Garlic prawns, Massam Beef Curry and Asian Vegetable Wok Stir Fry. The whole meal was delicious.

The sauce on the Pad Thai was red and tasted like tomato sauce. I won't come back.

This lovely little Thai restaurant recently opened and is a little hidden gem! Do yourself a favor and make sure you dine here before the crowds find out about their beautiful fragrant tasty dishes. They have some lunch specials as well (lunch on Sat and Sun only) which is a good way to find out if you enjoy Thai food. I took some photos but they don't do that good food much justice (I am a real amateur when it comes to photography ;-) ) but wanted to show the beautiful fresh produce they use and how well it is presented! Well done, Khao Thai Cuisine staff! Oh, yes, besides the excellent food it was very clean and tidy and we were served by very friendly staff

Beautiful authentic Thai, good size portions. Chicken cashew was so tasty and the massaman beef was very good as well although the sauce was a little runny. Would definitely recommend.
