No don't try we learn by working they make you failed to come second time to give them money, let them put that as a University no a training centre

Worst experience and waste of time! I booked Confined space and working at heights with this company through their website and stated it will cost 160$ each for a full day. I had to travel an hour with public transport and when I came to the office the receptionist incharge was not accommodating enough and not even friendly! And told me i booked for a refresher course but infact the website doesn't state anything about refresher course! Now she didn't want to believe what i'm saying and while trying to look for the link on my phone she just stood infront waiting with shoulders wide and stands by her word that i booked in the wrong option. After a few minutes of scrolling i found the link and showed it to her then she started being less shoulders wide and said "ohh i didn't know it's like that on the mobile site sorry about that" not even apologizing enough for the day wasted! And asked if i wanted to do the course (on another day) or a refund so i asked for a refund now i have to wait i don't know when for the money in my account. And then she said I've sent an email for the refund, and yeah that should be it.
NEVER EVER COME TO THIS TRAINING CENTER! WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT AND YOU'LL BE TREATED AS A MONEY BAG WALKING IN!

Did Working With Heights course with this company. Found them to be professional and understanding and if you weren't quite sure about something, they were very happy to break your problem down and explain it step by step. So impressed, I've booked another course for next week. E. W. P.

Good mob, small place but utilised well.
The instructor Stan was good to deal with, spoke plainly and knowledgeably about industry and shed light on the seriousness of legislation.
Look like I chose the right place.

Not too bad for a Western Australian training organisation. Did a working at heights course Lecturer was knowledgeable though a little impatient. Fairly poor classroom and lunch break facilities with noise being a huge issue as well as really bad parking availability. A long way from decent food and short breaks.

Have been here several times for different courses.
Great facilities. Everyone was friendly from the ladies at reception to the Trainers.
Straight to the point training delivered in a direct but friendly manner.

I'm glad its only a short drive from home too

Great training facility positive experience. Trainer delivered course well and easy to understand.

Good place, trainers are good really help. Simple rule of thumb if you listen to them you will pass. These guy are not here to fail you. They want you to pass just listen. If I had one negative thing it would be if the class is big you get little time on the machine. Should not be an issue though you unless you are green.

Don't usually go out of my way to write negative reviews, but i don't want anyone else to waste their time going through these guys when there are way better options around. I should have listened to the reviews, trainers need to learn people skills, 5mins into class I was berated for asking a question i didn't know or misheard, then told it was my fault for not listening. I let it slide but didn't feel like asking many questions after that, then directly before handing out the theory tests, trainer thought he would tell us all he usually fails 4 out of 8 people (there was only 5 of us) so hardly a confidence booster. Its not about being a lolly shop for tickets, its about having emotionally intelligent and friendly trainers that genuinely want to see you pass, and not gloat about how many paying customers they fail. (one positive note, i did get my money refunded, down side is, i lost a days wage to come and be abused by a rubbish trainer)

Absolutely awesome training Simon waters was excellant as a trainer so much patience with the group. Would highly recommend this training group at rockingham, awesome bunch.

Supposed to be a training facility, get people ready with the relevant safety skill knowledge to go out in to the real world work force ready and competent,
If a student is unable to pass, it shows your lecturer/trainer is useless at his job of being a teacher, second time in 6 months two people I know have failed.

Unfortunately you seem to have the wrong training centre, waste money and time, can't get a help.

Husband did working at heights and EWP yesterday. Staff were very helpful and trainer/assessor was excellent. Highly recommended and will most certainly be doing future courses with KG training.

Fantastic facility. Ian was a great instructor who has everyone learning at their own pace. He was clear with what he was teaching, and covered a huge amount of ground. And most important of all he didnt bore you to sleep!
